In this…read morecase I am truly pleased with how beautiful my eyelashes look after getting them done by Karen at Lush Lash Studio. I have always considered including it in my beauty enhancement lifestyle but never felt comfortable enough to allow anyone to put glue to my eyes. Not only that I just thought it was to costly. Not until I met Karen. She is very attentive and passionate when it comes to beauty enhancement of the eyes and as I call it my passport (face). She have enhance my very thin, scattered and curly eyelashes and make them look like "I am Hollywood".. Like seriously!!!! Let's not talk about the ambience where she work her magic. The setting is straight up Plush... It's a total transformation and she is truly talented at what she does. I sleep each time when I get my lashes done, that by itself is my therapy and I am comfortable enough to sleep whenever she's at work. I hope she don't charge me for my sleep therapy I think it's an add on service lol... Listen, like I said before I don't give reviews unless it's really horrible or just extremely fabulous only because I don't make the time and at this moment is necessary that I make the time to let you know how fabulous is her service. Everyone has been kind, helpful, and consistently delivers good results. Since Amanda left, I hadn't quite found someone who matched my personal preferences when it comes to shaping for my face and eyes. I was always satisfied, just not fully aligned with what I was looking for, if that makes sense. That changed once Nancy joined the team! Every time I've seen her, she's been incredibly consistent and always achieves exactly the look I want. She also goes above and beyond to make sure I'm comfortable during the service, like placing a blanket on me and checking in throughout, which I really appreciate. I've also noticed much better retention with her work and very minimal fallout. I know all of the stylists use the same products and tools, so I'm not sure if it's her technique or the extra time and attention to detail she puts in, but whatever it is, it works. I'm extremely happy with my results, and she absolutely deserves the recognition! Ask for her if you're signing up.

Starting from the beginning; I usually go to a waxing service but wanted to try something different and this place is super close. I scheduled my appointment for the Winter Springs location and used the promo code they provided on the website and it brought my total down to $0 (I still tipped cash). SWEET! This was a week ago. This morning I received a call (a little over an hour before my appointment) that they would not honor the promotion because their store no longer participates. That's kind of frustrating. So I spoke to the manager and explained that there was no notation that the promotion was only at participating locations and that the promo code worked when booking the appointment. However, they resolved the issue and I proceeded with my appointment. Note: during this week period I did try contacting the store on Sunday to modify the appointment and move it up one day. No one answered the phone (I called twice). The sugaring experience with Meredith was great. She was very sweet and explained everything in detail. She was very meticulous and clean and I noticed that new gloves were being used often. Not sure if the process is less painful than waxing (I think in certain spots it may have been more uncomfortable) but I left feeling like a smooth mermaid.
