I went in and what a full set and pedicure I was told I can get that. I was sat in a pedicure chair with Luke warm water and no water massage or vibration that I'm use to at other spas for a pedicure basically just a bowl of water they soak your feet in. I began getting my pedicure and I told them from the start I had acrylic on my toes and to go about either filling or removing whichever was best option the nail tech decided it was okay to just file my month old acrylic toe down and add polish! No fill no removal of acrylic just paint, which caused my toes to look very unfinished and uneven. And for my nails... a simple French tip is all I wanted they couldn't even execute that. In the end I paid $110 after they said I had to get gel x for the picture I showed them which was literally just basic French tip and that cost the same as regular acrylic nails and also charged me $50 for my BASIC PEDICURE AND POLISH CHANGE THAT WAS NOT DONE CORRECTLY.

The person who took care of me set a timer to make sure she did exactly 15 mins. She was friendly, but I was working remote there and I love that she let me work while get the treatment. She did a great job rubbing my legs and cleaning my toes. The nail polish refresh really helped my rough feet! When I walked in, they were very friendly and everyone was in a great mood so I appreciated the vibe. I will be coming here from here on out for my nails and my feet. it was my first time there, and to say the least i will not be returning…read more i'm an indecisive person when it comes to choosing a nail color, but once i find something i like, my heart is set on it. i originally wanted the bright pink with a shimmer coat on top. the technician i saw completely bashed what i had chosen, so i asked if i could pick a different color. clearly, she was very impatient with me, and once i picked out a more subtle pink, since i'm trying out different nail colors/styles before i get engaged, i still wanted a glitter coat on top. she completely dismissed what i had chosen, and pretty much stated that she didn't like it. i felt forced to stick with the original color, so i just decided to do chrome on top. i asked for white chrome, and the technician next to her told her to try another chrome shade on me, which wasn't even remotely close to what i had asked for. it was a purple chrome rather than the white, and told her i wanted to stick with white. i'm not picky or confrontational, but i know what i like, and don't like. if the nail tech actually gets to know me, sees me a ton, then sure, i'll ask for their opinion. but if it's someone i'm just meeting, i didn't ask, and i just want you to put what i ask for, in fact, what i know i want, on my nails. if you're picky about your nails, and don't want someone else's opinion without asking for it, this nail salon is not for you.

I will go back for eyebrow waxing and manicure but no more manicure's and that is a shame because they are 1/2 miles from my house and I shop at Winn Dixie weekly so they are very convenient. The only difference between a regular manicure and there Golden manicure was just the serran wrap and that isn't worth the additional cost. How disappointed

They were very nice and accommodating. They had everything ready to go by the time we got there. They had many options but we all decided to get the Spa Pedicure. It was exactly what we wanted! They let us know ahead of time that they were having issues with the lights but it wasn't an issue at all for us! There was plenty of natural lighting from the front of the salon and added just a relaxing feel to our experience. I can't wait to stop in again!
