Each person that did our nails asked us consistently if we liked what they were doing and if it was OK. That's really special, you don't get that all the time. They did a great job on our pedis! The lack of urgency and complacency was concerning to me, it signals to me that they have those large roaches often and may or may not be doing anything about it. To make matters worse I looked to their waxing room, and there was another large roach laying dead on its back. In addition to that, a health inspector walked into the salon as I was leaving. This may be routine, but it did raise additional red flags, considering the roaches. Overall, the pedicure itself is mediocre, nothing to write home about. The foot massage was great! Probably the best part of the pedicure. Joyce did great on that. After reviewing their price menu, I was surcharge an additional $10 on the $55 pedicure (making my total $65) for some inexplicable reason. Would I return or recommend this place? Not at all. The greatest irony is on the door of the salon, the logo reads: "Sanitary and safe" that should've been the first sign there for me!
