The museum has lots of photographs and examples of materials used that would be a delight for all those interested in architecture. Downstairs was the train depot and where you can go inside and sit in the train cars. Most of the rooms appeared to be part of their permanent collection, but part of the downstairs area has rotating exhibits. The exhibit on display was "The Negro Motorist Green Book" which you may be familiar with if you watched the 2018 film "Green Book." I had a great time at the museum and would return, although check the calendar as I went when the NE SciFest going on and I prefer calmer museum visits. The remote barely works and you have to get up and unplug the television in order to turn it off. Does this sound like a luxury suite to you. Don't bother trying to call the front desk from your room or from your cell. They didn't answer for me. Bugs in the bed? Found an unknown thing in the bed after first night of being itchy. I had little options and none made me feel like things would have been better to repack everything and move. Also, my job limited my ability to move hotels. Decided to sleep on the very springy sofa bed. Very unrestful stay. Then after a few days moved back to the bed but on top of the covers of course. Locked out of room for 45 minutes because deadbolt sensor didn't register as unlocked when I left the room for breakfast. I explained to management the door needed an override key. Maintenance attempted break-in tool. Competency level of management is poor. Management then remembered they had a key to over ride deadbolt system in back office. Wifi not working due to misspelling of last name. The hospitality of this hotel is minimum. Parking situation is a pain. Pay extra for valet and end up waiting for your car if multiple people need their cars at the same time. The parking garage is next block over. Only one parking space in front of the hotel for checking in, the other 10 spaces are for valet. Self-parking: They will provide you with an entry card for garage. Needed for driving entry. What they won't tell you is when you check out, you still need card to use elevators from ground floor. I had to push luggage to second level deck just to use elevator to get to fourth floor. Dirt in hallway was there for three days. The 6th floor hallway and elevators had an odor of urine. After all of this, They have the wrong home address on my final receipt and the stay never populated on the app.
