I promptly received a phone call from Donna explaining their process, pricing, and what to expect. Donna answered all of my questions and we dropped off the tapes the next day. It took about 10 days for them to process all of our tapes, and I was super happy with the results. They put the video files on a thumb drive and gave us repeated warnings that they do not save customer data and that we should back up the thumb drive ASAP. I did these things and then went to work watching my movies. I'm so thankful that this service exists. These tapes and the memories on them mean so much to me. Several people on the tapes have since passed on and it was such a wonderful blessing to see them alive and well again and most of all, hear their voices again. You can't put a price on that kind of experience.

Tried to set something up and was told that it will not be honored because there are new owners as of June 2014. They will not do nothing to help work this out but they would love for me to rent studio time with me and I should have a great weekend. I used to suggested them to other photographers all the time BUT NEVER AGAIN! They told me "all new company" but they are still using Ybor 1701's website with their logo. I went to their open house when the name changed and when asked about the name change I was told "they wanted a fresh start". Nothing about new owners or I would have talk with them then. when you take over a business you take over the business' debts. That is part of doing business.

When I got there I was greeted by a woman who claimed she has been in the modeling/acting business since 1990. She reviewed my previous acting experience and told me that it didn't matter. She said that I needed acting coaching, which coincidentally is the service they provide. She then proceeded to hard sell me acting lessons and said that I would not succeed in the industry unless I was coached. The coaching lessons run from $1K to $8K and are non-accredited. When asked about the statistics of the people who have succeeded with their "coaching," this woman dismissed its importance. She could not provide this data. To top it off she was incredibly rude to my wife when discussing my acting history and basically told her to shut up. BE WARY OF THIS PLACE! ZERO STARS!
