Since then we've been coming here and he always looks fantastic especially with Ms Katherine. My tween daughter has been getting tinsels here since tinsels became a thing along with trims and sometimes shampoo and blow dry. She's always felt awesome afterwards. The vibe is always welcoming and accommodating from the moment we walk in. I love this place. I have not had 1 bad experience since coming here. Definitely recommend.

It was crowded when we got there, so we figured it had a decent clientele at least. The lady who cut my son's hair wasn't the warmest, but we didn't mind being that it takes under 5 mins for the cut. Despite him sitting as still as you can ask a toddler to sit, this is what his hair looked like when we returned home . It was completely choppy and uneven with long scraggly hairs sticking out all over. I even pointed out a few of the problem areas so that she could attempt to fix it. We ended up having to use my husband's beard trimmer to fix and even outt what we possibly could. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

And then the cut on the top was SO choppy, uneven and had pieces sticking everywhere. His bangs were completely cut straight across making him look like someone gave him blunt bangs. I paid $25 + a $10 tip because I'm not a dick but wow I wish I could take it back. $35 total for me to come home and completely shave his head.
