Dr. John Hamblin was unprofessional, condescending, and deceptive. I was given an obscenely expensive estimate for a procedure that I ended up getting done at a different, actually professional dentist's office at a reasonable cost. Dr. Hamblin worked up an estimate for the most expensive procedure and did not offer me any other options. Moreover, his manner toward me was extremely poor. He was curt and condescending when I attempted to obtain specific information regarding the procedure for which I would have paid. read more

They are amazing. I called last night in excruciating pain due to a filling that fell off and an exposed nerve. I was a new patient with no insurance and they got me in first thing in the morning. They were very attentive and comforting, worked with what I could do financially and performed a completely painless root canal. I would highly recommend them to anyone! read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. First, they charge twice the amount the insurance and them…read morehave agreed on. Then, if you question their pricing and ask for an itemized list. They tell you to go somewhere else. They have a lady there who deals with insurance and pricing and says they don't do itemized pricing. Orthodontist are different from doctors' offices, and they don't have to follow what the insurance says. I know people in my area don't have much choice unless they want to drive 45 minutes, and this practice knows this. People beware they are overcharging and will tell you to leave no matter where you are at in procedure or even if it is a child as a patient.
