The man helping us yelled at my husband and told him to "shut up" several times in a row before telling us he would kick us out of the store if my husband didn't "shut his mouth". We're in our 60's and have never been spoken to that way. There were several people standing around and heard this. It was embarrassing and we were appalled when we left there. It is well organized and usually packed from floor to ceiling. The store extends through three buildings, all connected.
