After the very first ride, we stumbled upon a serious issue. My daughter was extremely lucky to walk away from the incident, unharmed. I notified Dave of the situation. Himself and his Talented crew went above and beyond to fix the complication with the bike before the start of the holiday weekend. They had asked to keep the bike, to ensure proper time was spent correcting the situation, and even offered to Deliver the bike to me, 1 hour away.... You just don't hear people offering that kind of service anymore. We now over 80 miles of worry-free rides in. I can't say thank you enough. I once heard someone say, when offering any kind of service, "If it sounds crazy, we should probably be doing it." Stop in and give these guys a shot. I think you'll be very pleased.

During the service, they claimed my drain plugs were stripped out. Since this was the bike's first-ever oil change and it was purchased directly from them, they are the only ones who could have caused this. Despite this, they denied responsibility and charged me for the new plugs. To make matters worse, when I picked the bike up a week later, my final bill was $384. They claimed the $220 paper I signed was "just for labor" and didn't include parts, oil, or filters. The service advisor was nice, but the pricing transparency and lack of accountability are completely unacceptable. I will no longer bring my bike here for service.

I've been going to this store for years and I've always received great service. I have a number of bikes that they've always been able to keep running and at a reasonable cost. There have been several times that they've stayed late for me to make sure that my bikes were ready to go for upcoming events when I've run into last minute issues. read more
