I usually get something from Rita's but noticed the SS Cafe almost next to it. The front service desk had the menu of food items adorned on chalkboards on the floor leaning on the desk's front board. There were an assorted array of smoothie flavors, baked goods, acai berry bowls, and paninis. All this delicious food is made with love and affection by the owner and chef extraordinaire of SS Cafe, Gabby. On a sidenote as a joke with a dash of honesty, I joked with Gabby the reason why so many men come in is because she's a one-two punch: creates delicious food, and is gorgeous. But seriously, it is great to see more mom-and-pop businesses, especially restaurants take root in Palm Bay, FL.
