I completed two trials prior to ensure what I was looking for would be replicated on my wedding day. On the morning of my wedding, I specifically asked the stylist to use the hair netting she had used during my first trial, and she assured me it wouldn't be a problem. After my hair was finished, I was then told the salon had run out of the netting, so she had changed the bun instead. My hair looked completely different from both trials, and it was already falling apart before I even left the salon. Makeup artist Elaina attempted to salvage it back together with Bobby pins which was greatly appreciated. It was frustrating the salon didn't have the necessary supplies for a bridal appointment and didn't communicate that until after my hair was complete. One smaller issue was the credit card processing fee. It was never disclosed to me until I noticed the full amount of my deposit wasn't going to be applied to my final balance. Had I known there would be a processing fee, I would have used a different payment method for such a large transaction. Lastly, I got a gel French tip pedicure prior to the wedding. The polish application was sloppy and began peeling off that same day. The salon offered to fix it the next day, but unfortunately the repair still didn't hold. I'm disappointed in the outcome after multiple appointments and significant expense. The services did not meet expectations and I hope this review helps other brides.

Then, they tried to charge me another 90$ for another trial. All of my bridesmaids wanted to cancel after they found out they work exclusively with Bare Minerals. I had to find a new makeup artist less than 60 days before my wedding. Nightmare. Poor customer service, they were not apologetic at all for wasting my time and money. Overpriced for little experience and limited skill set.

At a certain point, I realized the conversation was going nowhere, so I stopped arguing and simply said I wouldn't be coming back--which is unfortunate, because I had been a consistent customer. And the cherry on top: they still charged me the cancellation fee. I completely understand having policies. I just think if your policy is 10 minutes, being there within those 10 minutes should count.

She seemed annoyed that I said something and actually handed me the brush and said "do you want to brush it?" I shouldn't have to explain the same thing twice to her assistant when I already paid for a consultation to make sure this wouldn't happen. Paige barely checked in, didn't review my foils before they were rinsed, and my hair came out yellow and orange instead of the cool blonde I asked for. I didn't even get to choose the toner or discuss the results before being told by the assistant to pay. I also asked for thicker highlights and ended up with baby lights that looked uneven in tone. I walked out in tears and paid $265 for results that look like I used a bottle of Sun-In at home. I'm beyond frustrated and will not be going back. Letting an inexperienced assistant take over while charging full price is completely unacceptable.

Staff was friendly, spa has a relaxing atmosphere and the sauna was rejuvenating. For hours we were both so relaxed and saying we really needed the sauna session. We are very glad we came by.
