It is still running strong and a beast.!!!! They don't make these washers like that anymore! Then they came out last week again removed our old dryer that was still here from the purchase of our home, and installed a dryer we purchased from them that is not only refurbished, but guaranteed. It's way better than our other dryer and the men installing were very kind and professional. They worked quickly. They had to work around some obstacles and were so impressive on a very hot and humid day. We just had our water heater go out the same week so I'm not going to go pay $1000 for a new dryer just because a new one has smart computer features on it. This Maytag is in perfect and beautiful new condition. Check them out if you want a reliable appliance and good service.

Nothing. 2:45, I text back yesterday's text that invited questions. "Where are you." Response: You are schedule for tomorrow. Wait, I was scheduled for today and I have the texts to prove it.; Response: Delivery scheduled: May 21, between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The tracking link provided DOES NOT WORK. As I continue to wait to get an update, I get: 2:49 p.m.: "I'm sorry to inform you that the item could not be delivered today due to an unforeseen situation at the warehouse." Offer to reschedule for next week on the 27th, 28th, 29th, or 30th. But WHY has it been delayed? Why didn't anybody call me. Been sitting around since 9:45 [due to this morning's text] and now it's FIVE HOURS LATER and 2 hours past the latest time promised. I should get a discount, right? Ummm, we can't give you a discount until after we deliver the chair and then we can "evaluate the entire situation further." Won't get the missing pieces for another week and I have my new mattress being delivered today that will have to be on the floor in the living-room(had to rearrange the living-room for the new mattress to lay) because again my bedroom has the bed pieces all over until I receive the hardware pieces next week.
