When I got the confirmation text it said 12:30. We were able to get an appointment at 3. They didn't get us in and on the table until 3:15. When the massage therapists came in they were completely rushed throughout the whole massage for us both. They also kept stopping and going to the corner and whisper.. it was completely uncomfortable. We were also done about 4:05, so less than the hour booked. Ive had many massages and never have I ever felt so rushed through the process that was supposed to help you relax. I don't recommend this place to anyone, or ever go back. What a shame!

She worked with me to get my hair how I wanted it and took her time doing it. We laughed/talked the entire time. She really made me feel comfortable. I have very long, thick hair and she didn't say one negative thing about it. She stayed after hours to finish everything and the end results were BEYOND my expectations! I asked if I could wait until after the next appointment and she continued to say we do appointments in 15 minute intervals and there's 3 , also I would be charged a $25 rescheduling fee. Extremely disappointed , as I am excited to have my first time away from my kid to an event . Horrible service. I get we all need to make money, but empathy and understanding would go a long way.
