I was in San Diego visiting and shopping. It was very windy and rainy. I went to several businesses to shop and since i had no one on my passenger side I hadn't notice my passenger side was hit until two days later when it was a nicer day and went to clean the mud and junk off of my car when I noticed the white stuff wasn't coming off (which I thought was pigeon ****) but as I cleaned it, the white stuff was getting bigger and bigger n found it to be dented. Anyway I panicked because I didn't where or who did it. I called my Insurance and spoke to April. She right away took matters into own hands and open up a claim for me. Told me that an agent would be contacting me the next day. The next day when i got to Henderson, as I was pulling into my garage @ 9:30 the agent was giving me instructions as where n what to do. If it hadn't for April I would've gone to TJ to get it fixed. (wrong move) But she told me I was covered and showed empathy towards my dilemma and pushed my heart back into place. I want to thank all who she contacted to assist with this claim. Thanks so much April. Ur definitely a keeper. (by the way, my car looks new again) read more

I never thought I would have an opinion on an insurance agency that was strong enough to warrant a review, but after working with April Munoz, I most definitely do! I don't remember how I ended up on the phone with April. I do know it was several weeks into my quest. Frustrated, I repeated what one was searching for: "I need insurance with coverage in ABC and XYZ" . April insured(no pun intended) I was in good hands. On top of being incredibly knowledgeable, April is one of the nicest people you will ever speak to. Since getting my coverage, I have called her with several other questions and she has always taken her time when assisting me - even after asking the same question a million-times over. If you're looking for great coverage and SUPERB customer service; April is your go to girl. read more

Have used Summer Rivlin's Farmers Insurance office for all my insurance needs (auto, homeowners, umbrella) since I moved to the Las Vegas area in 2012. The customer service at this office is beyond superb. Michele Rowley at Summer's office has always been extremely useful in helping me find the best insurance coverage with the lowest possible Farmers rates. She has also been very responsive and reliable when I quickly need insurance premium quotes. Michele recently provided much needed guidance when I was in the process of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. She quickly provided insurance premium quotes for each of the vehicles I was considering buying, and was a tremendous aid in completing the purchase. A great office that truly cares about your insurance needs! read more

My husband and I were very impressed with Farmers customer service from the office to the towing service they provided when my husband was stranded and his pick up stopped running. The towing service arrived promptly and my husband told me that he was called several times from the office just to check on him and see how he was doing. I love that extra care they give especially when you are frantic. Checking up on him and having that reassurance that someone's on their way truly helps in calming you in that situation. It's good to know that there is still that human factor in a business that is rarely shown nowadays. Kudos to the Farmers team and thanks for operating the way you do, may your excellent service of going beyond be an example unto others. read more

For the last eight years, I have found Alex and Summer to be part of the rare few who practice the seemingly lost art of being real agents and advocates for their clients. I believe many would agree that this common sense philosophy is in sharp contrast to most agencies who merely act as a storefront for large insurance carriers. In fact, this agency systematically reviews my policies to make sure I receive the best coverage and enjoy the deepest discounts. As well, they have been zealous advocates for me when a claim arises. If you are looking for an agency that truly acts on their customers' behalf, this is the agency for you. read more

April has been very helpful and understanding with me and my whole family! She has always done the absolute best with any request we've had. She's prompt and accurate in her work and is more than willing to take care of me as her customer. I was so adamant on having these girls as my agents that I requested the policy to my new home be changed to their location, and although it was a bit of a process, they made it happen. They're always ready to answer questions and listen to what we need. I love their business ethic and would not change them for anyone else! read more

Normally I would just read yelp reviews and go about my business. Today however, I placed a call to my agent Summers office and was greeted with an unfamiliar voice. Her name was Mariah. My initial thought was "please just get me to my agent". I had very important issues to discuss and to my surprise Mariah was very professional and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and then some. Thanks Mariah for being fast, efficient and friendly. You're definitely a great asset to the company!!! I highly recommend this office!!! read more

I've been a customer of Summer, Alex and Francine since 1998. I've never had a bad experience with them, nor Michele or any of the people who have worked there over the years. Of course, when rates rise (and everyone's does), I take the periodic opportunity to shop around ... not only does Farmers consistently have among the best rates, the few dollars a year an online agency might save me isn't nearly enticing enough for me to take a chance of not having the personalized and attentive service Summer and crew provide. read more

April is incredible! She always goes above and beyond to ensure all of my needs are met during each interaction. Professional and polite, she never misses a beat. She always makes sure that I am getting the best value for my plan...a reason why I keep coming back to see her and Summer years after I got a policy with them for my first car. I've got two cars with them now, and will be sure to add my next as well! You can't go wrong with any of the fantastic agents in this office. read more

Michele has been my agent since the day I started with Farmers and she has been amazing since then. She has gone above and beyond to help me and makes me feel as though I'm not just another policy number. Insurance is confusing to try to understand when you're not in the industry and Michele takes the time to explain every detail and does her absolute best to help me get the best rates. Michele is the sole reason that I will not be leaving Farmers! Thank you SO much Michele! read more

April Munoz has provided me with outstanding service since day one! Her industry knowledge is unsurpassed, her willingness to help and provide timely answers to all questions makes her a cut above her peers.
