Insurance broker is one stop shop for all of insurance you need. I would love to give Alec 10 stars. He is young, full of knowledge and experiences. He is very detailed and patience. He spent over an hour with us going through all of pricing and different type of coverage for each of the categories like auto, home, pet, accidental, critical illness and life insurance. Compared all of the prices out there to what we're currently have. It turned out to be we have very good coverage and good prices. He didn't try to change our mind to go with his quote. Not trying to sell us anything. The best part he gives us his personal opinion about what he would change or add if he were to have our policies because we have double coverage on some of them. I can go on and on about how wonderful and honest Alec is but it will be too long. Please everyone, if you need to check for new policies set up an appointment with Alec either in person or over the phone. We prefer in person because we can see the monitor screens, we can see all the details right in front of our eyes. It's disappointing to see the difference compared to how things used to be. Another concern is that AMS doesn't check or offer quotes from all available insurance providers, which limits your ability to find the most cost-effective coverage. You're not necessarily getting the best value. I recommend checking other companies first--such as Navy Federal, GEICO, USAA (if you're military), and others that AMS may not work with. Be sure to ask which providers they represent and which they don't, so you can make a more informed decision. Personally, I recently switched and ended up saving more than half on my monthly premiums--while also getting better coverage than I had through AMS. Another downside is the process for making policy or account changes. While claims can typically be handled directly with the insurer, all other changes must go through AMS. This adds unnecessary hassle, especially since their current customer service is slower and less responsive. You can't make quick updates yourself, which can be frustrating. Before COVID, I would have recommended AMS without hesitation. But since much of their team now seems to work remotely, the service just isn't what it used to be--and that's unfortunate. I'm grateful to have found a new insurance provider that offers better rates and allows me to manage my policy directly and conveniently.

The bottom line is an Agent has a responsibility to contact their clients when there is an issue, they failed to do so entirely, their failure to do so exposed me to personal loss of unknown amounts should I have had an issue if a situation arose. I insured a Lamborghini with this agency through Grundy that cost over 4K a year, the agent knew that I intended not to renew that policy through email communications BEFORE that policy expired as the car is not used often enough. Tiffany FAILED to notify Grundy of the cancelation, Grundy then continued coverage for another month at a cost of $350.00 that I now owe and will not pay as the issue was her responsibility to notify them. I had three additional vehicles insured through Farmers that cancelled for non payment as I did not receive the payment information, again, I WAS NOT even contacted before that happened and as a result drove three vehicles valued at close to 100K each with NO INSURANCE for several weeks, this not only exposed me to a loss of that vehicle if in an accident occurred or if the vehicle was stolen but more importantly exposed me to personal liability should an accident of happened. Her excuse was this - copy and pasted - I can't monitor every policy in this agency, I'm sorry that just isn't possible. WOW - is that not your job? Pass on this agency people, go direct with insurance companies and bypass these agencies and middle men just making commissions on your policies and providing sub par performance in the end. I will NEVER forgive this agency for exposing me to a personal liability simply because she stated --- I can't monitor every policy in this agency, I'm sorry that just isn't possible. They have LOST all my future business
