It's a trailer coffee spot, so don't expect a quiet, & peaceful setting. However, it still has a cute vibe with seating options. You step inside the trailer to place your order and pick it up from the window. I tried the Quarter Moon Latte, which was still a bit too sweet for me but that's on me since I don't have a sweet tooth when it comes to drinks. That said, I'm a fan of their coffee beans they have a nice, subtle flavor.

It's right by the road and operates out of a trailer. They do have a cute little gazebo for seating, along with some benches below the tree Summer Moon always delivers great coffee no doubt about that. You can adjust the sweetness to your preference: full, half, quarter, or straight-up black. Every coffee is available hot or iced. Simply walk up to the trailer, place your order, and wait by the window. I paid around $18 without the tip for three small coffees, so the prices are reasonable too.

It was pretty good! Nothing special. The staff I interacted with gave bare minimum but that's fine for me personally. I got the blue moon latte and I couldn't really taste the lavender--it was still good though

Service is friendly, everyone was super nice. Coffee was fine. I haven't had summer moon coffee in years and the last time I did they didn't have milk alternative options for their moon milk...but now they do! The coffee didn't particularly taste different or special to me, it was fine. I ordered the quarter moon and found it to be very sweet, like if it was a full moon. I don't drink special coffees, so that's probably why I thought it was too sweet for me. I think my mistake was also getting it hot and not iced, it was cold this morning but it didn't stop everyone else from getting iced drinks..they must be on to something.

We normally order online through their app and it makes ordering and pick-up all the easier for me and less chance of mistakes. I normally have to substitute the milk, so this process is the best for me. You can look through the menu and the have the details about the drinks they offer and add ons or substitutes. This time around we got the iced blue moon latte and regular iced cafe latte with coconut milk as a substitute. It's always delicious and refreshing. They have a pick-up window, you walk up and give your name. They do a great job with getting your order out quick but done right and right temperature. Parking is limited-Combined with church parking lot but there is usually parking. There are a few tables to sit at as well.

I love Summer Moon coffee. It's the nitro moon for me everytime I go here with a splash of moon milk that hits the spot. I love how convenient this spot is in the neighborhood. The only bummer is that they do not accept cash

So glad I visited the Summer Moon Coffee Trailer! The coffee was excellent (as always), and the barista was super friendly. I even picked up some of their awesome merch! I was given an excellent recommendation to try one of their summer specialty drinks. It was delicious! I like my drinks rather sweet, so I recommend trying the 3/4 moon milk option. The 3/4 option is perfect if you like sweet but not too sweet!

Sitting under the gazebo, Cool as a cucumber.

I love this pop-up spot. It's run out of a brand new food trailer style setup in a church parking lot. Plenty of parking and even a shaded gazebo to enjoy your drink. It was 104 today so I ordered an iced Hibiscus Mint Tea and a lemon poppyseed muffin. Just what I needed to beat the heat!

I happily drive over 25 minutes just to get my coffee here, and I'd do it again without hesitation. Everything is made with so much care. They roast their own coffee beans in-house, and you can truly taste the difference. Their espresso is incredibly smooth never bitter, never burnt, just consistently excellent. My personal favorite is the Honey Lavender Latte, but their matcha is hands down the best I've had anywhere in Austin. They also make their own syrups from scratch, and their house chai is unlike any other fresh, balanced, and full of flavor. I also love that you can buy their freshly roasted beans to take home, have them delivered, or even sign up for a coffee subscription. It's such a great way to enjoy their coffee even when you can't make it into the shop. The baristas are always genuinely kind, welcoming, and passionate about what they do. Every visit feels personal, and the atmosphere is warm without trying too hard. They even host coffee classes, which is such a fun way to learn more about the craft behind every cup. Praxis may be a little hidden, but that's part of its charm. If you appreciate high-quality coffee, thoughtfully crafted drinks, and supporting an incredible local small business, this place deserves a spot at the top of your list. Austin is lucky to have them.

I did get a pastry and I'm not sure if they don't warm them up but I wasn't asked if I wanted it warmed, but thank goodness we live in Texas and I can just put it on the dash while I drive to my next destination and it will warm up. They do have a small set of chairs to sit and wait or finish your coffee. I will definitely be back in the area.

But I tried my 3rd package of Little City coffee, (shipped from this address on their website) and though good coffee, it is simply not a dark enough roast for my espresso. I tried Messenger Espresso the first time, many months ago and was underwhelmed. The beans were just not dark enough, shiny enough nor oily enough for the sort of espresso shot I like to pull. They made perfectly passable drip coffee in a pour-over, but I am a 99% espresso guy. Recently I took advantage of a 20% discount and rapid delivery (next day! Arrived on Monday, ordered Sunday!) to try the two darkest roasts offered, Grackle and Republic. Again, passable drip coffees, but not able to produce the thick rich crema and distinctive oily mouthfeel and toasted flavor notes I was looking for. Great fast to the door delivery and good prices (though for a 12oz package, compare carefully) and as I noted, pretty good coffee, but I will return to the Italian espresso (occasionally mixed 75/25 with French Roast) from my usual roaster Anderson's to feed my Gaggia Classic Pro.

We learned about the different types and tastes of coffee at it's different stages. We were served many different brews from "defected" coffee beans up to some premium stuff so that we can get a taste for what good coffee should be like. Don't let the location fool you, when you walk into this warehouse looking shop, inside has some of the FINEST coffee you can buy. Joel's good buddies with all the best plantations and Brazil and prides himself on having first choice on all the BEST harvested coffees from these plantations. If you've had coffee at Spiderhouse, Uchi, Torchy's, and many other places around town, there's a good chance they're sources from Casa Brasil. Basically, if you like making coffee at home and not paying a premium for coffee at these shops/restaurants, you can order directly from Joel. They roast upon order so you definitely get the beans at it's freshest. The bags they come in are all hand-painted too. If you're not wanting to order from Joel or make a drive down south, you can find their coffee at your local Central Market. Bottom line, if you want the best quality coffee you can possibly find, go here.
