We went on a Sunday morning when visiting Austin. Cute little shop with an outside window to order at. The cashier was pleasant to work with. They were out of chai which was a bummer. I wanted to try the apple chai with butterscotch. I opted for the iced hibiscus tea and it was refreshing. My husband ordered the Cinnamon Toast Crunch cold brew. He is not usually a cold brew guy, but the cinnamon won him over. He also added the breakfast taco offered. It was small, which was fine since we also got a bagel next door. He said it was good and the salsa they gave out was spicy. There is outdoor seating that might be warm in the summer but they have plenty of fans or help. Great little coffee stop. read more

We got this coffee to go with the bagels from next door. I got their strawberry tomato matcha and I was flabbergasted. This was SO DAMN GOOD. I appreciate that they have hard copy menus especially since even though it was midday, midweek it was pretty busy. I got the Matcha-mosa, the only seasonal drink that wasn't coffee. The matcha was earthy-you could tell it was high quality and it stood out. I had my meet up and decided to come back with a couple extra treats so I went back to order. I really dig this neighborhood coffee spot. It's convenient to my apartment and office. A great way to take a work break. My go-to is the delish butterscotch iced latte with oat milk. Just the right amount of butterscotch without being overpowering. The oat milk is so much lighter than a thick whole milk. It's a great combination. One of the first reviews I've ever left! Grabbed a bagel next door to go alongside my double espresso iced latte with juniper vanilla. The drink was delicious (5/5), however, leaving less stars since the online ordering / pick up experience was confusing and frustrating. The email said to "go to the pick up window," but there is only one window to place your order AND pick up, and I did not want to rudely cut off the 10-15 people waiting in line. I heard the employee calling out names, so I patiently waited for mine. After 30 minutes (literally), I jumped in line (which took another 10-12 minutes), then asked the employee about my online order. He grabbed my drink that had been sitting for over 30 minutes, then let me know that they don't call out names for online ordering (I did not know this). The drink still tasted delicious but it would've been a great gesture to offer to remake the drink. Signage or instructions for online ordering should be clearer. The place was packed, but pretty good environment with a few dogs (including mine). Very pet friendly! read more

The coffee is flavorful with a good roast and they have all the usual coffee beverages to try. Love to see the house made syrups and sauces with unique flavors like the juniper vanilla I tried today. Sour Duck pastries (not the freshest) and a taco truck in the lot for good eats (but Veracruz is right next door FYI). They only have outdoor seating but the tables are nice and sturdy and they even have a nice wall around the seating area to make it feel cozier. Very limited parking in the lot but plenty of parking down the road. Decided to give this place a try after seeing a TikTok sharing their cherry almond latte - seemed unique and up my alley, so I was excited to visit! We dropped by just before 8am on a Saturday and had no line or wait ahead of us. They have about 3 parking spaces in front of the building, but there's plenty of street parking around the area as well. I peeked at the menu but ultimately ordered what I planned to try - an iced cherry almond latte with oat milk. I was a bit sticker shocked when she told me my total was $10.01 for the drink. That's steep for a 16 oz. latte compared to other places. I'm assuming the oat milk substitution was of course an upgrade, but even then, a bit much! The latte was good but very subtle in flavor - perhaps I should have asked for a bit more syrup. The espresso was nice and smooth, as was the oat milk. It was good, but I don't think it was near $10 good, and I can't really see myself going back often at that price point. However, it was certainly worth trying! They also sell pastries and tacos and they do have matcha and other syrups available for lattes. read more

Fleet has fantastic coffee! Ordered a hot Vanilla Latte and throughly enjoyed the drink. One thing to note: I did not get an alternative milk and my latte (smaller in size) was almost $8 , before tip. Fleet coffee is tucked in a center or huddle of bustle. Upon walking up when parking you may have to walk through the busy food hub next to it...but dont stop! My friend told me their infused cortados were to die for so I had to check it out as a fanatic. I believe they have rotating flavors, so when I went it was "The Ritual" - Oreo infused cortado. My friend did warn me it was a steep price of $6.50, so I figured I had to try it since I've never had anything like that before! Also I've been getting into cortados, so I was happy to give it a go. The latte art was neatly done and they even gave me an Oreo to go along with my drink! The drink was pretty good but I don't think I really tasted the Oreo. You cant really find espresso tonics in austin, so I was pleased to see they offered it and it was very delicious with the grapefruit juice. The order came out quick and the baristas were friendly. Great coffee and great food item selections! I love me some Veracruz tacos or Sour Duck Market pastries for breakfast, so you can grab everything you want in one go. Coffee here is great. They have a relatively small selection of beans but the flavor profiles are good. Baristas here take their time to make your drink, so don't expect it to come out super fast especially if they're busy. I liked my vanilla latte perfectly fine, though it came out in a smaller cup than I was expecting. Still, I appreciate strong coffee. Two things I have against Fleet though is the prices are on the high side for everything. This is definitely treat coffee and not somewhere I could go every morning for my cup of joe. And limited/no indoor seating is not where I want to stick around in a hot muggy Austin day. read more

I can't believe I've never written a review on this place. When I moved to Austin 5 years ago, this was one of the very FIRST coffee shops I drove to because of all the great reviews. At the time, I ordered the Fruity Pebbles Cortado and OMG I miss it lol. I think it was a seasonal drink, it was a yummy shot with fruity pebbles infused milk. Things to note: - They are not open for dine-in, you order your drink at the door/window - They have an outside table so you can sit and sip on your coffee but only enough seating for a few people - Coffee beans are amazing here - Parking lot is super small but there is PLENTY street parking - This coffee shop is super small and if you are driving too fast, it can easily be missed - They have FUN seasonal cortados that change often but are always delicious The people working here are always so kind. The lady helped me pick some beans based on my preference and she didn't rush me at all even tho there were 3 people in line behind me. Here's why you need to go: 1) Coffee: They rotate their beans among the best roasteries in the USA including from smaller roasteries like Madcap (Grand Rapids, MI). My latte was very smooth and among the best I've had in ATX. You can also buy their beans on display. 2) Location: It's in a cute, little corner of hip East Austin. 3) Space: It's tiny, but they make good use of the space. There's a small outdoor space to sit in front and a long window table inside. They even forced a small bathroom inside for customers. 4) Service: Unlike the baristas in top coffee shops in other cities (sorry, NYC), they are very friendly here. 5) Food: They also sell a variety of pastries and breakfast tacos.
