I went here to do my living trust a few years ago. I've been sending a few family members to them ever since.

After becoming parents this year, we realized the importance of estate planning and set out to set up a living trust. I searched for attorneys on the ARAG legal insurance site and 243 results came up. I am an extremely thorough researcher and you can bet that I went through all 243 of them, crosschecked reviews and ratings on ARAG, Yelp, and Google and narrowed it down to the top choices. I ended up reaching out to four attorneys and from the very start, our experience with Kelly and Summerall Law was exceptional. Two of the four used Calendly for scheduling appointments. While Summerall's calendar showed availability immediately, I couldn't get on the other law firm's schedule for three weeks. The third attorney I contacted also couldn't fit us in for a couple of weeks and the last attorney was not willing to take legal insurance cases for the time being. Being accessible was important to us and we did not want to drag out the process. We had our first meeting with Kelly on 9/9, where he walked us through the various components of an estate plan and answered general questions. Kelly is knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to talk to. We had two subsequent meetings with him to finalize all of the details. Kelly was quick to turn around documents and he patiently addressed my endless questions. Within a month of contacting Kelly, we are done! We're so pleased with our experience with Kelly and are comforted to know that we are putting our families in a better position should something happen to us. We had an initial conversation with Sarah to discuss our estate planning and had scheduled a follow up call a couple weeks later to finalize our estate planning. Sarah never showed up for our call. I emailed her and her office informing them 15mins after the call was suppose to start that Sarah wasn't on. Three and half hours later, her office calls me and leaves a voice mail and text telling me Sarah was expected in court and there was a mix up in the schedule. Now I get things change but the day before the meeting there was an email reminder confirming our appointment and a PayPal payment request and all of a sudden the next morning silence. We would have appreciated an email or call from Sarah acknowledging this mishap but instead it was her office who contacted us. It just shows a lack of respect for our time and common courtesy. You want someone who you can trust when planning your estate and unfortunately this lack of communication, professionalism, organization and not delivering just gave us a preview of what the relationship would be like. The COVID-19 pandemic made me realize that I needed a comprehensive estate plan. Sarah and the team at Summerall Law made it easy to put together the plan and execute it. She started with a detailed intake form that guided me through the various issues that needed resolution - handling my property, designating beneficiaries, health directives, everything. Following my mother's death in April 2019, I found myself quite stressed out and needing legal representation as trustee on one of several trusts held by her estate. After interviewing a couple of options, I eventually opted to go with the same firm that my brother chose for a separate trust on which he was trustee. I feel now like I lucked into the best one.
