The office lady Krista is so helpful and friendly! As well as the maintenance guy Larry. Any problem happened in your apartment will get fixed so fast, and there is not many problems will happen. The only problem I have ever had in my 2.5 year living is only my bedroom window was leaking once. Office will hold your packages in a very organized way. Hallway and public area is cleaned weekly, floors, washer and dryers downstairs are always clean. Very close to Kroger, McD, TJ Max, dollar tree and everything. If you are a student of Miami, school bus station is right by the building. Very convenient location. The rent is very reasonable, great place after all. Highly recommended.

I swear the lobby furniture looks like something my parents owned when I was in Jr. High, which is outdated and needed replaced. We were helping one of my friend's father move in and I was surprised because it's apparent they take such good care of the grounds. He did claim the management was nice and his place was move in ready, clean and small enough for him to manage.

The office s large, well lit, has a long counter you go to for questions with one of the office workers. The business is usually not busy at all, just a few walk-ins, as most people take care of their bills online, or thru the mail instead of in person. This company has been long time owned by the Wortman family, and is now operated by the founders grandson. If you live in one of their areas, this is where you get your natural gas piped into your home or business from. Parking is either on the street or across the street in a public parking area.
