I scheduled this party about 2 months in advance, and they were up front with all costs, policies and how everything was going to work. They have 2 party packages avaliable, with some great options. They not only provide the space for the event, but rhey provide small plates and napkins, decorations, clean up, a super cute birthday plate and you get 2 hours to do all of your painting, presents and eating. It was well worth the money, as every person got to pick something out to paint and will get it once it's finished in the kiln. They also got to have a fun experience doing something new! I strongly believe prices were very fair, the staff were so kind, helpful and patient with all the crazy kids. She was very rude and acted like I was a nuisance to. When I picked out what I wanted I wasn't sure it was the right size. I asked her if I could take it home and compare it to the other ones I had at home. She said very rudely absolutely not. When I asked her if I could exchange it she also said no we don't do that. She was very unwilling to help me with any ideas or suggestions on how to paint the figurine I'd purchased. I wouldn't buy anything from this place if it was the last ceramic store on earth!
