They fixed it for free, offered some advice on how to keep the key hole clean, and told me how to get more keys for the future. A young man named Mike double checked to see that the lock worked properly and then asked if I was having troubles with anything else. I told him the bike wasn't shifting super smoothly but that it was no big deal. He asked if I had a second and then went to work trying to figure out what was wrong. For 15 minutes he cleaned, oiled, and adjusted my gears and chain while he explained everything he was doing to the bike. He had a great attitude and I really appreciated his great customer service.

Four of us entered the shop on Friday and asked if we could get a day rental for each of us. The…read morecurly haired employee said they had never done it before. So we asked if they could rent for a day. He said he was sure they could would have to a "some point". I, restated that we would like to rent for the day tomorrow. After he asked another employee who didn't know, we finally got to somebody who said it would take some time, but they would figure it out. The curly haired guy was frustrating and dim, but, no big deal we were going to get the bikes. After coming back from the student book store across the street, they had everything organized. We paid for the bikes and said we would pick them up the next day. The next day we picked up the bikes and rode for about three hours. We didn't go off road, only on the sidewalks and regular roadway. After we walked a mile and a half with a total of four flat tires on three bikes we asked for a refund. The curly hair guy called his boss who told us he wouldn't charge us for the tires but we wouldn't get a refund. When we asked why they didn't put any tube slime in the tires to prevent against goatheads and such, the curly haired employee replied, "I'm not sure, but we should probably start doing that." The bike were fine when the tires were inflated and the service was terrible. Lastly, this is my first review on any site, ever. I only chose to review this for the extremely horrible service.

The Huntington Learning Center that I attended ended up helping me get to a 32 on the ACT (33…read moresuperscore). I started out with a reasonable score, and through the flexible learning system I was put into, I can confidently say that the Huntington Learning center caused the majority of my improvement. More specifically, the tutors Roy and Dylan were my catalysts of knowledge. Roy was right by my side the whole way. Whenever I needed help--even with questions that I thought would sound stupid--he took them with languid anticipation. Being tutored by Roy was successful because we would laugh and talk about our histories while studying. Rather than coming to Huntington for dreary, mind-numbing, cathartic cramming sessions, he made the process one I wouldn't mind repeating. Not only that, but he managed to make the material interesting so that I was constantly involved. To say that Dylan was my ACT tutor does not give him justice. Somehow he managed to become a pivotal figure within my life, mentor, and role-model. On top of that, he caused me to learn an abundance of material for the ACT without even letting me know he was doing so. I was going through some rough stuff when I was being tutored, and Dylan gave me a great deal of life advice. Perhaps most importantly, he encouraged me to keep writing in my free time, ultimately fostering my love for English. My thanks go to Roy, Dylan, and the Huntington Learning Center for making me enjoyably excel within the ACT.

I really liked the instructors, and at one point a police officer even came in and taught part of the class. The class was long, but between the instructions and the range shooting the time went quickly.
