This was the first time I'd used Summit Chem-Dry and I'm beyond pleased with the results. Jerod and Frankie were able to come by with just 24 hours notice and cleaned the carpets in two bedrooms, the tile and grout on my downstairs floor, an area rug, and a couch. Everything came out great. The tile is about 20 years old and the grout was nearly black. After Jerod and Frankie were done, I found out the grout should have been gray. Haha. We really love their service! This is the second time we have used this team. First was are apartment next our first ever home. We have a 15 month old who loves to explore and the carpet was pretty lived in before we moved in. We tried vacuuming again and again but I still felt it was not ready for my LO. They full on sanitized it and it looks like new! I feel 100% good about my baby rolling around on his new carpet. Chem dry has a great carpet cleaning process, and this particular company has the customer service to go along with it. The cleaning is fast and does not require harsh chemicals. There is no residue leftover, so the carpet stays cleaner longer. There are no offensive smells. It takes about half a day to dry in my home, but that's probably because I don't open all the windows (due to my overprotective, barking dog). The staff are friendly, experienced, and knowledgeable. Jarod inspected the carpet and warned me about places that were worn out and might not look as clean as the rest. (It still looked great!) I was embarrassed about all the kid and pet messes, but he wasn't fazed. I will hire him every year to clean the carpet, and someday to clean the grout! read more

Called on Monday to find out about scheduling the earliest time they could come out to look at accident stain at our new house. Scheduling was a breeze and he came out the next day. During the day he kept in contact to let us know he was on his way which we appreciated very much. Showed up was very polite and worked on our accident stain. He was so nice and told us that if the stain wasn't completely lifted after it dried to call him and he would come back and do another session at no cost. Jerod and Tyler took care of our tile and grout and sealed it today. It was a great experience overall. They were kind, professional and very knowledgeable. It didn't take too long and I have one less thing to worry about. Jerod also gave me some tips with my tile and grout, which I appreciate because I can't stand dirty grout. This company gives the best customer service! Our dog decided to make a mess all over our freshly cleaned carpet and I called to see what we should use to spot clean the soiled areas. Jerod was kind enough to squeeze us in before his next appointment and thoroughly cleaned the soiled spots (and probably most of our hallway). Jerod of Summit Chem-Dry did a amazing job on my carpets and tile. I have three dogs so you can imagine the wear on my carpet but Jerod took his time on my carpets and they look fantastic.
