I have started to submit to your insurance and will continue to do so as you come in for visits. There will be a copayment which we will let you know once we hear back from your insurance. We went ahead and after several visits I was presented with an additional $630 bill for treatment. They had the referral and also knew shortly after of an issue but continued treatment without acknowledging it or asking for payment. Tinozzi did all insurance paperwork. If there was an error it was Tinozzi. BTW the treament called "scraping" had no effect except keeping my leg bruised for a month.
