They were on time and came prepared with samples and gave us a quote on the spot. I was so impressed with Lindsey and her team we called them back the next day and gave them the job. After a few weeks I was doubting my color choice, called Fortress up and they came back (on time again), all way from Sheboygan so that I could relook at the color samples. Yep, I changed my mind and they happily put in a change order. On the day they were scheduled to come, once again they showed up on time!!!! The two men came and did a perfect job.
