Probably one of the worst healthcare providers I've ever worked with. The office staff struggles with basic tasks, refilling medications, returning calls and 'often' speaks out of both sides of their mouths. I've never dealt with such an awful mess. The office staff seems nice but they don't follow through on anything. I am in desperate need of surgery and need bloodwork and radiology orders that I have requested for the past month, over 15 calls and requests and STILL nothing. I'm shocked at how little they care. I am giving one star specifically to Anderson. I was scheduling my next appointment with the receptionist in the main waiting area when I felt hands grab around my shoulders and a voice whisper, "You try to be a good girl". I was a bit shocked to be touch by someone I didn't know was right behind me, even more shocked to know that voice was Anderson's, the chiropractor I had seen for the past few weeks. The receptionist and I gave each other uncomfortable looks and I hurried out. I am upset that plain old fashioned sexism is alive and well, especially coming from a health care provider. Dr. Bennet, the staff, and the nurse practitioner are all lovely and have provided great service. Sad to have to find a new chiropractic team but I refuse to continue being around a creep. read more

My first appt was everything the black lady doctor helped me soo much she also told me I had lupus and my old doctor had my labs and not once told me that's was in June I just found out in October so I was grateful she got me for life she listened and educated me. Came back yesterday for my follow up and I seen another white doctor who really didn't listen much I asked her to check my ears to see if she see something in there because my hearing just left she gave a look like I asked something crazy and then says ima just send you to the ENT they can look in it I'm requesting for only the first black doctor it's sad when you can tell because of my color I get treated differently or my concerns are not real or over looked read more

Called yesterday to set up an appointment & was initially treated incredibly well & given very short sweet instructions & information. I needed to set up with a new primary & the one I had was no longer available. I was told quote on quote, "Call your insurance & change providers to Rachel Maas, I'm going to send you the forms to fill out online, & then call us back once that is all done & I will schedule you!" Sounded easy enough! Called my insurance & changed primary's, filled out my medical forms sent through text. Called back & left a message, no one was available at the moment. Receive a voicemail 8:00am the next day that she will schedule me for December 11th? It's September 30th, I need to see a doctor. So I called back to inform her I can't do that & I should have been informed that new patients were not being taken until December, I would have politely declined & found somewhere else. The receptionist cuts me off rudely & tells me, "I spoke to you yesterday, & I did tell you no new patients until December." Super snarky & rude, complete attitude change from the previous day. I told her that is incorrect, the conversation was very simple & short, I was only provided with 3 instructions, "change your primary, fill out forms, call me back to schedule." She doubled down in the fact I knew. I told her regardless to just cancel the appointment & have a good one. The voicemail clearly shows her informing me for the first time about December only being open for new patients. As a receptionist, you knew I was a New Patient & failed to inform me that I wouldn't be seen until December. Now I have to call my insurance back again tell them to cancel THE NEW PRIMARY & search for another. I will not be using this place or any of the other locations. Tatiana failing at her own due diligence as a receptionist is not my fault & doesn't excuse someone being disrespectful. You have no clue what people are going through & I was still nice even when the inconvenience is put on me. read more

Doctors are OK. GOOD luck if you need to reach anyone by phone. They NEVER answer the phone, no matter how slow things are! They are really bad about keeping Rxs current with pharmacy, only way to get help is to GO IN to their office. NOT a way to run a practice. read more

Steer clear of this racket of an office. I see a totally different provider in their Crimson office NOT affiliated with this place at all. I was experiencing some terrible back pain. What I know now as sciatica pain. I made an appointment for 06/19 @ 1045am at their Crimson office. It was the soonest they could see me. Unbeknownst to be-no doctors would be present due to the Juneteenth holiday. Very disappointed. The front office girl said "we can still have you see the "muscle specialist" for $25. I should have known them that this office is a SCAM. Bruno the "muscle specialist" stretched me out for $25. I did not get any relief. Made another appointment for their Aliante office a week later. Upon entering the Aliante office- patients were packed in there like sardines. Dr. Bennet took some X-rays-I don't think it was a true X-ray machine because he said I didn't need to remove my dexcom. That's already strange. When I go to steinberg/Desert Rad I am always asked to remove my dexcom. After X-rays he adjusted me, charged me my copay of $40 and had me make another appointment. At this next appointment- Dr. Bennet took me into an office and explained all the treatments he thought would help. 14 mos plan with 2 treatments a week all for the nifty price of $3500 and that is WITH insurance. If I paid up front they would give me a 15 % discount. This treatment also included "allergy testing". ANOTHER racket-how can a chiropractor be certified to do allergy testing? I see an actual allergist and do immunology shots. The question is-what if I am still not feeling good after the 14 mos? Will I need to pay ANOTHER $3500? I found a different chiropractor that takes my insurance. I made an appointment-got adjusted and paid my $40 copay. After 4 visits now, I feel great and I didn't need to pay $3500!!! Stay away from this place!!! They are trying to scam you out of thousands of dollars. There were alot of elderly patients in the waiting room and I'm almost positive this office is targeting the elderly community of Aliante!!! read more

The office was clean and staff were friendly. However, the check in questions are a bit tedious. For my original visit, I had a 24 day migraine with no idea what was causing it- pain meds weren't working and no tricks for making migraines go away would work. I also developed a low grade fever. I tried urgent care but that doctor told me it was because I was a woman and just stressed, they didn't listen and just gave me a "migraine cocktail" which made me so tired the pain went away until it came back. I then decided to try Summit Integrated Health. Dr William Macaraig-Organ was very kind and listened to my problems. Who knew my problem was just intense seasonal allergies? He prescribed allergy medication (which is cheaper with insurance than just over the counter allergy medication), nasal spray, and medication to take when I feel a migraine coming on. And as someone who has struggled with migraines for 6 years, this was a lifesaver. I would definitely recommend Dr William Macaraig-Organ to anyone who doesn't feel like doctors listen to them or take their issues seriously. read more

VIBES: It's a super chill spot. Everyone is super down to earth and it gives you that small city touch in big city living. You might walk in and some country is playing, or the might have some recent pop playing. You never know haha. But always a calming experience. VALUE: Can you really put a price on your health? I came into my treatment in a BUNCH of pain, having been to the ER and stuff I was willing to do basically whatever it took lol. But they work with so many insurances and offer payment plans if you can't just pay for whatever you need to pay for. The conversations, the in depth analysis of my ailments, and the care they show here is absolutely nuts. So so so so thankful. SERVICE: SANDRA IS FREAKING AWESOME! She is always on point with my scheduling and filling me in on what I have going on that day. From a clinical standpoint I gotta give props to the entire team, there are too many to name individually and I don't want to forget anyone but I am so thankful and just blown away by the size of your hearts. You guys care so much about each and every patient, y'all fight through pain and the obstacles life to continue to bless everyone that comes in. Absolutely fantastic experience. PRODUCT(S): They got comfy chairs and nice candies. lol but I guess the products would be the services available to a patient and they have immunotherapy, chiropractic services, physical therapy services, muscle manipulation services, and if you start a conversation with anyone that works there you might get their bonus comedic services haha. Scam. The staff is very very friendly . But they take x rays, then bring you back for second appointment then show you what insurance covers which is basically nothing that will help you . But according to them their products and creams and injections are the only thing that can heal you . And absolutely nothing is covered by insurance . And I have one of the better insurances that covers more than most. Started with 6500 dollar plan then worked all the way down to 1800, then worked down to well how much money can you give us right now . I was reading previous reviews in office and it was just as they said . They're selling hope. Then after I leave I get a call then magically they can do all this extra stuff that my insurance covers. I guess they figure if they can't get a few grand out of me they can hit my insurance as hard as they can so they can come out with something . read more

After spending 8+ months in pain as a Barber with beginning stages of carpal tunnel which can be the end of my career. I found Summit Integrated Health. I was given a plan of action immediately. Dr Allison got to the bottom of the source of my pain quickly and set out a plan to get me back on track. The support staff is the friendliest ever. You can tell when people love their work and here it shows. I am able to do what I love as a career because of the help I received. 10/10... Everyone's knowledge in different areas is amazing. since I moved to Las Vegas I have never felt more comfortable with any providers until now. First, I worked in healthcare administration for 30+ years, so I know the way healthcare should work. I am embarrassed that I didn't give more weight to the red flags I experienced. I decided to try Summit Integrated Health Care for my low back pain. On my initial visit, I met with a staff member who explained the process. I would be seen twice weekly for trigger point injections, lumbar decompression and adjustment by the chiropractor (Dr. Bennett). I would also get an allergy evaluation and customized allergy shots every appointment to help with inflammation. One my first visit, I would get cervical and lumbar x-rays to evaluate and create my plan of care. When the x-rays were done, they were reviewed with me by a staff member. Not a chiropractor or NPA, or MD. (Red Flag). As I said, I have 30+ years healthcare admin exp, most of that In imaging. They did (2) views of my cervical spine (AP and Lateral), but no odontoid or swimmers view. The lateral view did not show any of my C6-7 interspace or the relation of C7 to T1. There could have been subluxation. How can you evaluate something that you can't see. They did (2) views of my lumbar spine. They had my images placed next to images that were supposedly normal. After reviewing my images, I was given a breakdown of costs. My insurance did cover some but the entire program would cost me a few thousand dollars out of pocket. The team was nice but schedulers at times were scatterbrained. On two appointments, they "forgot" to schedule me. The nursing assistants were pleasant, but a couple of times I was concerned by their lack of basic knowledge, I,e., taking my blood pressure with the cuff sensor on the wrong side of my arm. When I pointed out that the sensor needed to be over the brachial artery, her response was "it's electronic, so it doesn't matter where you put it." She seemed a little put out when I requested that she do it correctly. I was not told prior to my final visit, that it would be my final visit. Basically, we're done. There was no review of my symptoms or new x-rays to compare. Basically, you're done. Thanks for the money. K-bye. As I said earlier, the team was nice, but I can say that the entire process did not help my back pain symptoms at all. I never had any cervical issues and still don't. I have read other reviews that call this business a scam. For what I got out of it, I tend to agree. I will be still using chiropractic, but not here. For the amount of $$ you will be out, I suggest you do your own research and avoid this place. On another topic, they do offer general health care by a nurse practitioner which I also tried. She was very good and I felt comfortable with the care I received from her. Will I go back? That is questionable read more

I have been going to Summit Integrated Health for a couple months now and they have helped my back pain SO much. The staff are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I have played sports my entire life and have had really bad back pain for the past two years that would bring me to tears and ibuprofen and tylenol weren't helping, THIS TREATMENT WORKS. The staff is always very welcoming and willing to answer and questions I have (which is a lot), they always explain how the things they are doing will help you specifically. I have also had random pains across my body over the past two years the soft tissue specialist Justin has helped me by scraping, cupping, and stretching my sore muscles and achey body. I genuinely feel the best I have in years. I highly recommend at least checking this business out!! read more

The reason i am gicing a 5 star is because from the moment you walk into the door and out the staff is always talking to you making sure you are ok. Helping you do stretches and giving you shots. I mean not enough words can i write down to tell you how awesome this place is. 2016 bulging disc L4 L5 no space in discs and a pinched sciatica. Going here for 5 months 2 days a week decromprssion table and chiropractor and shots i now May 12th 2022 have space in L4 L5 and i will contiune to go down this path because everyone has made me feel just a little better each time i go. I can NOT THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR HELP AND POSITIVITY AND KEEPING ME FOCUSED ON THE GOAL.
