Currently at Mountainview hospital as I'm writing this, but checked in here at 3am and had nothing but a pleasant experience from all staff members that saw me. Each one also showed me kindness, which I really appreciated and definitely helped considering how much pain I was in. I was first seen by Zaric and Flores and was later seen by another attending nurse who had short and curly blonde hair and she was also amazing. I also had Jared and another woman look at me to do my scans and they both made me feel comfortable and told me what to expect step by step, getting rid of the anxiety I had. My husband went to this ER today, and although he was not feeling well, it was a wonderful experience. The young lady at the front desk greeted us warmly and led us to Kirby who was very kind and caring. Kirby checked him in quickly, and then he saw the doctor. I do not remember the doctor's name, but she was patient and professional, and she explained everything well. The technicians were also courteous. The facility was clean and the atmosphere was calm. You will be treated like a number here. Nurses move you quickly which is great but they miss information just as quickly. During my care yesterday. I asked more then twice if I had a prescription my first answer was "I don't know" From a different nurse, the answer was the same. It wasn't until I left and read my own paperwork was that I found out I had an important prescription. That was filled and automatically sent to a CVS Pharmacy that wasn't even open. I'm use to nurses being on top of there game when visiting the er if I ever needed to go. They ask which pharmacy I use and are sure to tell me what medication I am picking up. God given Family please be sure to ask questions when you visit here and stand up for yourself. They do not know more than you. Do not let the treat you like they do. We all go to school and have the opportunity too. Nobody is better than you! Nurse Christian (The older man with white colored hair) was a bit sarcastic and rude. Don't allow him to disrespect you. I'm not sure if it was a sense of racism or thinking he is better but just be sure he gives you the information you need to be sure you are taken care of properly & stand up for yourself. The nurse practitioner got educated at learing center for sure! She had no clue. All I needed were a couple of stitches to be removed. I was having some pain with them. She had no clue how to do it. ** Urgent Medical Experience Alert ** PLEASE SHARE for the safety of others that can come in contact with his care‼ Today, May 15, 2025, I want to share a deeply concerning experience I had at the ER at Aliante, located at 7207 Aliante Pkwy, North Las Vegas, NV 89084. I went in seeking help for excruciating pain in my lower extremities and breast tissue, along with swelling in my legs and other alarming symptoms, only to be met with unprofessionalism and disregard for my well-being. After waiting for an extended period, Dr. Faisal Rehman came in without any preliminary assessment or support from nursing staff. He merely checked my pulse in my feet and insisted it couldn't be a blood clot since both legs were affected. When I mentioned my history of fluid retention, he responded, "You tell me how I'm supposed to see fluid," and I suggested an ultrasound. He abruptly stated, "This has to be muscle spasms, and I don't know why you're having muscle spasms." I clearly expressed my fear that I might have fluid in my legs, and he questioned how he was supposed to see if there was any fluid. I offered options like an ultrasound or a CT scan, even asking, "Do you want me to Google it?" Dr. Rehman claimed that his responsibility in Nevada is to check for emergency situations to ensure I don't die tonight, yet he overlooked critical signs and symptoms that warranted further investigation. My feet were purple and swollen, and I have a severely swollen lymph node in my right groin with a knot that he did not examine at all. He insisted it was impossible to have blood clots in both legs, despite evidence that contradicts that claim. During our exchange, Dr. Rehman told me, "I know that you're frustrated because you're in pain, but did I cause this pain?" This dismissive comment was inappropriate, given my condition. Despite my documented medical history of follicular lymphoma, lupus, and pleural effusion, he did not offer any tests without me demanding a blood draw. I do have insurance, and while I can't say for certain, it felt like Dr. Rehman was trying to rush me in and out. When my friend asked if there was someone else we could speak to, he rudely suggested there were "plenty of hospitals in the Nevada area" and walked out, claiming we weren't a good match. This left me feeling unheard and frustrated. At least the nursing staff was professional. I demanded Dr. Rehman's information, which was provided by them, not by the doctor himself. The charge nurse eventually came in, and I was emotional, trying to explain my severe pain, which I rated a 20 on a scale of 1 to 10. After insisting, I finally had my blood drawn, revealing alarming levels: elevated red blood count, hemoglobin, hematocrit, immature granulocytes, and alkaline phosphatase, along with blood in my urine. Despite these elevated results, Dr. Rehman did not return to explain anything, nor did he order further testing or assessments. The only procedures performed were taking my blood pressure, temperature, and checking my pulse in my feet. I was not offered any pain relief during my visit--nothing, not even over-the-counter medication. The discharge paperwork inaccurately stated that I was seen for chronic pain, which is not true. I came in for specific issues that were entirely dismissed. I urge everyone to advocate for better treatment in medical settings. Dr. Faisal Rehman's conduct is unacceptable, and I fear for the safety of others who may find themselves in similar situations. Make sure you show this doctor's face--he should never be allowed to see another patient. Me and my family utilize ER at Aliante due to their turnaround times you get seen pretty fast and depending on the doctor they will listen and take care of you and send you home I never spend more than 1 or two at the most here. But today the security guard (Barnien) was asking me to get out of this lady way so she could check in but I'm hard of hearing so the second time he said move out the way I'm big on customer service and that was so distasteful to where the nurse looked uncomfortable when he said it I stated there was a better way to say it he said he stated please move I told him just because you say please in front of it move is still rude it's excuse me or something else but move is uncalled for you. if i could put zero starts i would. had to call 911 because my daughter was having chest pains and shortness of breath. fire truck came, took her vitals and said she seemed to be okay. but to take her to "er at aliante" because it was close to get a 2nd opinion. i took her there (literally 45 min ago)...registered her and clicked on "chest pains", "shortness of breath" and "coughing". you would think those things alone would cause some type of red flag. nope! sat there for 30 minutes as my daughter fell asleep, struggling for air, but she kept saying "i'm okay...i can wait", so i didn't want to cause a scene. still nothing...they went and check on some patients who had pain in their hip, some other non-emergency issues while we sat patiently. still no red flags? chest pains & shortness of breath doesn't mean anything nowadays? sheesh i didn't know that! took my daughter and got tf out of there. and made sure they felt my anger!!! nursing staff all smiling and laughing at the desk...smfh. i pray you never have to go through that!!! read more

I saw the 2.5 star rating and was compelled to give my review about how I spent my Sunday morning with the ER At Aliante. My wife fell and caused her to dislocate her shoulder (for the third time) so I brought her to this ER because it's close to my home. It helped because it was early Sunday morning and they weren't real busy. They got her into a room fairly quickly and seemed concerned with her comfort. They took xrays quickly as well. The doctor on duty, Dr. Martinez diagnosed my wife's problem and got the dislocation reduced while my wife was sedated and asleep and sent her home with her arm in a sling. We were there for about four hours but mostly because my wife was sedated and sleeping for part of that time. I found the staff to be professional, courteous and friendly while we were there. I recommend this ER and have only good things to say about this ER and the staff I dealt with. read more

I went in for my flu like symptoms was in and out in less than 20 minutes! As soon as I walked in the security was friendly and escorted me to the back to triage where I was instantly greeted and treated. The staff were very polite and to the point. I brought my daughter to the ER at Aliante, not knowing what was happening to her. They were right on top of everything. They were vert patient and kind. They worked quickly and diagnosed her with pneumonia in her right lung. Within the next 2 weeks, my 8 year old grandson was exhibiting symptoms. We immediately took him. I went to the ER Aliante. They took care of me very quickly. I was then told that it's taking 5 hours to read x-rays and ultrasound. If something was wrong they would call me. The only call I received was the next day at 3 pm. And they wanted to schedule an appointment for me with an orthopedic surgeon. The woman said she just makes appointments and doesn't have any test results!! Still trying to get my test results!! Awful services!! Went here for my daughter. We stayed for 1 hour and they couldnt help us. We ended up having to go to Sunrise. Total Bill was 16,000 for 1 hour of care. Even with insurance I needed to pay 2400. I called to complain about the level of care and they said it was a level 5 because they couldn't treat it. They give it the highest level of care because they cant help. That makes 0 sense. I told the customer care number and called to evaluate and audit and after 6 hours of my time NOTHING can be done. I guess its going to collections because I refuse to pay 2400 for a 1 hour visit just because you dont know how to treat something. My Sunrise bill in which I needed to stay OVERNIGHT so much longer than the 1 hour cost me HALF what this bill cost. DO NOT COME HERE. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I would give 0 stars if possible. Save yourself time and money and go to a minuteclinic/careNow/urgent care clinic instead. This place can't do more than they can. Such a waste for more money. It is not the staff's fault, but they should NOT be called a free standing ER if they do the same as a clinic and cannot run labs,cultures, ect. If you feel sick, they will chalk it up to "probably some virus," yet you won't know which one since they cannot test for it. I would not recommend, instead do an actual ER connected to a hospital, or an urgent care since its a fraction of the price for the same results. read more

No one likes to go to the ER, so hospitality & kindness means everything to visitors. One thing about my experience today is that I appreciate how PATIENT & KIND the entire staff was to me. I came in with severe stomach pain that came and went, then eventually progressed for about an hour and a half. Because the pain seemed to be traveling up my chest/lingering I wanted to make sure to get checked in case it was something serious - like early symptoms of a heart attack. My sister and I came in and was immediately helped by Floyd (the receptionist). He saw how much pain I was in and offered to sign in for me on the kiosk. His energy was much needed in my uncomfortable, physical state. Not long after, I was called in by Nalani (nurse leader). She asked what brought me in while she took my vitals. At that time, Dr. Hansen (physician) walked by to shadow the conversation. Both were patient with me, letting me finish my sentence (not talking over me like most ER personnel) and listened to all my questions. My symptoms seemed to be related to a stomach condition, but just to be safe we took an EKG and x-ray to make sure my heart was okay. Ralph (xray tech) was a nice man who took me to get my chest xray. He took his time to explain what we're going to do and his tone was genuinely calming. I returned to my room, got my EKG and took some pills to help with the vomiting. The Doctor thought my condition was gastritis and prescribed medication to help with the acidity in my stomach. In the meantime, I was directed to connect with my primary care doctor and follow-up on an appointment with a gastro specialist. Karen (nurse who checked me out) provided me with my paperwork and made sure I understood the next steps. THANK YOU FOR BEING PATIENT WITH ME AND SO KIND. I will never again go here !!!!! The nurses and Dr.Lee the attending this morning where so unprofessional all because I had to leave early because my husband had an appointment at quest. They had did a strep test, and a flu after I had already told them my strep I took was negative first of all. I did my registration and all. All I was waiting for was results so I didn't get what the big deal was for the nurse to be nice and tell me I can easily find my results online she was just rude. They brought me to the back and did my blood pressure reading before I was checked in with insurance and told my deductible. I had a broken toe and when finally told my deductible, I told them to please cancel the whole thing, as I could not afford it. I left right after. Lo and behold they just sent me a bill for $882 (AFTER insurance) for a mere blood pressure check by a nurse - that's it. I was not treated nor seen by anyone. This was my first time here and unfortunately it was a 3am visit that I was trying not to have to do. If procrastination was a job I'd be the CEO. Either way, Dr.Tang was nice and informative even when I was cursing from the pain. I apologized ahead of time I might do that though lol At discharge my prescriptions, which they said were electronically sent actually were not and after I was at home the Doctor was nice enough to call and let me know he would be sending them as they weren't sent the first time. This place is horrid FAKE hospital ive been in walgreens urget care and got better service!! These people are the worst i had covid went to ER told them all my signs and was not even checked for covid.. they dont issue covid test???? Was referred to this place from Carenow Urgent care thinking I was gonna have to wait several hrs to be seen. Nope 5 mins I was called back doing vital signs with the nurse. Then in another 5 mins I'm getting an IV done for my CT scan and my blood work at the same time. (WELL OILED MACHINE). Once everything checked out DR Koroscil came right in ASAP and took care of my infected tonsil faster than most places take for an IV. Came in with a torn tendon with part of the bone ripped off with it. They gave me an X-ray and said they saw bone fragments and assumed it was from a previous injury. They gave me a sling and told me to go to an orthopedic specialist. I came here a week ago and they allowed my wife back with me. Today, they my wife had to come due to severe arm pain and they said I have to wait in the car. Why would I need to wait in the car? Yes there is a pandemic but with a mask, hand sanitizing and being asymptomatic and having quarantined at home for 4 months, am I a risk? It's terrible to have a spouse with an emergency to be told by a security guard you have to leave them on their own in a strange place. Shame on you! Update: We initially left to find an ER that would let me accompany my wife because she was nervous but we returned since she had a lot of pain. Per my wife, the nurse spent more time asking her if she felt safe at home and drilling her about why she was nervous (severe pain, no family with you for support and an expensive ER visit during a pandemic. Why would that make anybody nervous?). The nurse said several times "Are you sure you are safe at home? You just seem like something else is up?" We will be filing a complaint against that nurse for his unprofessional and dramatic behavior. I'm a paramedic and I find this to be very unprofessional. We are mandated reporters but when a patient has pain, an ER visit and a pandemic, you don't need to grill her about why on Earth she would feel anxious. The doctor came in (Dennis Anthony Martinez) and diagnosed a muscle strain after a very brief exam. This doctor himself is very incompetent. He gave her a Norco pill and a prescription for an NSAID and discharged her. It won't be surprising to see this ER saddled with malpractice claims at this rate. Between the terrible doctor, the nurse grilling patients to undercover sources of anxiety and the security guard performing triage, they are a disaster waiting to happen. read more

I'm going to write two reviews back to back. At 7 : 00 am on 1/1/24 my husband took me here. No wait, Nurse Nicole was wonderful. I have had a spasm deep cough for about 2 weeks. The coughing gave me a bad headache. The Doctor on duty was either hung over from New Years Eve or just tired and bored. He listened for 1 second to my heart. He said, my lungs were clear but prescribed mucinex 1200. I told him I have high blood pressure. He said, you'll be fine for a few days. That was it. No more tests, questions etc. He said he'd give me a 2 day excuse for work. Nope, he didn't. Next review....Now I want to add 4 stars. After taking 1 two pill dose of the mucinex my head really starter to hurt. I decided to check my BP. It was literally 200/115. I immediately took a BP pill. I waited 45 minutes and checked again. It was 191/113. So I took another pill. Waited again. It was 188/112. Long story...my husband took back to the ER at Aliante. It was exactly 12 hours later. Shift change, yah! He was so nervous I was going to have a hear attack or heart damage so back we went. I really felt cared for by the nursing staff. He Doctor wasn't great but gave me everything I felt I needed. EKG, breathing treatment, IV for blood test, BP medication, steroids, chest X-Ray, and something for my headache. I'm wondering if they knew the am Dr had messed up and were so wonderful or if it was just their nature. I'm hoping I will not be charged for 2 visits in the same day. I will definitely fight it all the way to the top. We've been there 3 times now. First was for my husband we had a good Dr and experience. My cough continues. There are many people with virus right now. Take care and choose where you go for care, wisely. I've heard Centennial Hills ER is fantastic. read more

Well, went to this ER Sunday. I was impressed beyond belief . The welcoming began at the entrance with the female security, very passionate to our needs. Then after a few minutes of waiting, Here came nurse Liz. She was extremely welcoming and passionate as well. Kept my mind of of the pain from my head accident. She kept me and my son very well informed in detail. Then here came Dr Lisa, very welcoming as well. Took care of me and sent us on our way. Not to forget Mimi , she was very kind as well.
