Dr. Kooken stated she would touch up the spots if I proceeded with the laser treatment on my neck and chest. Dr. Kooken asked me how my recovery went. I told her there was no recovery. I did not experience any redness, swelling, or discomfort as discussed at the appointment. Dr. Kooken said that is very unusual. I am thinking the laser was set too low to provide any benefits. I also spoke with Maria, the practice manager, requesting a refund. I was told, "the bottom line is we are not refunding you".

Showed up for my appt and I "wasn't on the books." They had apparently neglected to put the appt THEY assigned ME on the schedule. They also had no slots open that entire day, so I went to a different location for my first appt. The Mayfield Heights location was excellent, in stark contrast. Returned for my second appt. 15 minutes past my appt time, they are "letting the laser warm up." 30 minutes past my appt time they call me back. Requested intermittent icing, which was helpful during my first appt. The nurse practitioner refused, saying she "doesn't like doing that," but offered me an ice pack for later and stress balls for the appt instead. Appt was extremely rushed. I expressed concern that it appeared she had missed several areas of hair growth, which is quite apparent because you can feel exactly where the laser zaps you. She insisted she had "gotten everything." Entire area is raised, swollen, and hard. It is very apparent from the individual welts left by the laser that substantial areas were missed, because they look and feel untouched, and there is no singeing of the readily visible hair. This location will fail to keep appts, waste your time, and ignore your concerns, but they'll happily take your money. Go ANYWHERE else.

It's so easy to lie on the internet and say you're a professional , then you get there and see it's just careless individuals who try their hardest to scam you. I booked a consultation and I literally sat in there for 5 minutes before she rushed me out , It seemed like I did all the talking. All I got recommended was 900$ of "micro needling" in which I stated I wasn't interested in from the very beginning. I was told I needed to book an appointment to actually get the service done. SO I drive 25 minutes to speak with someone about my skin then leave ? That doesn't make sense. Then she said she could fit me in & that someone was using the machine and I'd have to wait 30 minutes until I'm able to use it. Speaking through a medical mask that makes me feel so comfortable , not really. I scheduled my appointment for a specific time, I expected to be able to have it. When I arrived I stood there for 10 minutes before anyone even came to the front to greet me. They didn't even ask for my name and just took me back, mistakenly about to start a service that was for someone else . The last name of the girl who was supposed to do my facial wasn't matching to the name I scheduled with. Her name tag was completely different then what is listed on the website. I don't believe the girl I spoke with here was a licensed nurse practitioner whatsoever, nor did I see any credentials anywhere in the office. I was gonna spend around 200$ for a hydra facial but I walked right out of there. Thank god I did. Obviously all they care about is money and have no actual knowledge on anything to help the client with skin concerns, so please go somewhere legitimate. This place should be reported for falsification.
