I'm not sure why, in this day and age, this is acceptable behavior? Waited about three hours for the first appointment. Doctor didn't arrive till an hour and half after I was told to be there. (He arrived about 10 am) With the injection I had, he also didn't show until 10ish, even though I needed to be there for 7:45am. The procedure did not require a two hour prep time. The receptionist and nurse both let me know I'd be waiting a while. I did make the decision to come to the second appointment (due to pain and the time it takes to see a new doctor) but I won't be seeing him again. His time is no more valuable than mine, and those waiting with me. All of his staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
