The only reason I am not giving his office a 5 star rating is that before you can make an initial appointment, the office/doctor needs to review your health files to determine whether they "accept" you as a patient or not. Obviously we were accepted and I was able to take my husband in, and we were both very pleased both with the office staff and with Dr. Collins, but were off-put by the acceptance requirement.

The shots that he administered relieved my back pain and the results lasted until this year2025. Since I have faith in his abilities I have returned to Dr Pinzon's office for repeat procedures. I'm not sure why, in this day and age, this is acceptable behavior? Waited about three hours for the first appointment. Doctor didn't arrive till an hour and half after I was told to be there. (He arrived about 10 am) With the injection I had, he also didn't show until 10ish, even though I needed to be there for 7:45am. The procedure did not require a two hour prep time. The receptionist and nurse both let me know I'd be waiting a while. I did make the decision to come to the second appointment (due to pain and the time it takes to see a new doctor) but I won't be seeing him again. His time is no more valuable than mine, and those waiting with me. All of his staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
