Julie Williams she does not need her license she took me off of my diabetes…read moremedication even when my blood work showed that I was a full blown diabetic and also I was diagnosed with cirrhosis of the liver the dr who found it called her office and told her nurse what he had found and sent her my medical records and she told me that I didn't have cirrhosis and refused to send me to a gi doctor so I had to find a GI doctor he did blood work and found that my platelets were low my ammonia levels were high and my pt levels were high he also did a liver fibrosis panel to see how scared my liver was the test showed that I had either stage three or four cirrhosis so to get the actual stage dr helton did a liver biopsy and it showed that I have stage four full blown cirrhosis she doesn't listen to her patients and ignores what is really going on I don't believe that she should be practicing medicine this is a warning to all of her current patients and future patients

Twice I've called in the past 4 years, been put on hold and left on hold because apparently the office closed for the day. There's also a small privacy issue with the sign-in form where you must write your birth date. Often the next few patients who sign in can view this private information. Why not just the last 4 digits of your phone number along with your name, arrival time, doctor name and the general reason for your visit?

My grandmother, mother, and I all go to her and in fact, I think she may even not accept new patients because she is so busy. I heard that about 5 years ago, though, so that definitely could have changed. I can't recall how long it takes to get in to see her, but I know it wasn't exceptionally long. Maybe a month or so. Also, I had a health savings account and it was only $35 out of my HSA account. Definitely a recommended primary care doctor!

I needed a new PCP closer to home and referral for a bad hernia that is keeping me from working at a job I love, and injuries from an old accident that are ruining my quality of life. Guess he never heard of arthritis? (head, chest, shoulder, pelvic and spine fractures). He acted like I was never in an accident and I am scarred up all over! Then jumped on me for seeing a pulmonary dr I think the world of for chest injuries and sleep apnea. Something seriously wrong there. His staff was nice. Feel bad they have to put up with him.
