I do not recommend this practice to anyone ever.

Dr. Palmer is a true Doctor, very knowledgeable, very patient and most of all very caring for his patients. He is definitely one of the best doctors I have ever seen in my life. As soon as he opened his own practice, I started going there. When I hear people talk about their [bad] experiences with the primary care physician, I never hesitate to recommend they at least call Dr. Gibson's office. I never get into what insurance or if they are accepting new patients, I just know the amazing care I have received for over 30 years. Thorough would be the word I would describe my experience through the years. Anytime I have had to wait more than expected, was when I was being worked in or was just outside my appointment window. The staff at U.T. Medical center was disgusting. When calling for an appointment the medical assistant screamed so loud in my ear she caused pain and ring in the ear so severe I had to be treated by Dr. Seals for several months. She then ranted on about Dave and his L.P.N. I have no idea who they were. When arriving to check in different medical assistant was involved in a personal conversation. I waited an extraordinarily long time before saying. "Excuse me, could someone else check me in?" About 5 minutes later the friend left. The medical assistant was so furious she leaned back in her chair and spread her legs so far apart the threads holding the crotch of her pants were stressed, she put both fists on the chair arm rests and planted her feet flat on the floor. I thought to myself, "this is getting ugly." It got worse.
