It's a little noisy, especially since the "door" to your room is a curtain. They also speak very little English. But they are SO kind and give amazing service! The massage I was given was definitely not a traditional Swedish massage but more of a targeted, deep, therapeutic service. I did 90 mins and that consisted of massage with hot stones, hot towels and a lovely foot massage! I literally just got home 10 mins ago from there and I can barely keep my head up, lol. So she kind of forgot about it, until I reminded her the Groupon had just expired. But if you go on their website, they have glowing reviews -- including ones that say Morgan's honored their expired Groupons. So my mom called and was able to get the owner on the phone. This person was beyond rude and refused to honor the Groupon. If this person had at least said it nicely and not castigated my mom like child, I wouldn't be writing this review. Morgan Orthopedics -- do you get that you lost a repeat customer? I know she would have returned and I would've bought more gift certificates, had she been treated well. Bottom line: This place is pulling such a scam by overselling Groupons they can't honor in a reasonable time frame. My mom was told today the next available appointment is over a month from now. It's that kind of inability to book clients in a decent time frame that made her put off booking an appointment in the first place.

"I told her that I had called her 3 times and emailed her 3 times and never got a response. I was trying to contact her to see if I could get a Friday appointment because it was my only day off work. And, I haven't been able to get into that email." So I said "You mean to tell me that you're not going to honor the Groupon?" and she said "Well, I guess I could do a 1/2 hour massage." At that point I was crying (because of frustration/anger and an the fact that I was really looking forward to the massage and getting my knee out of pain.) So I told her, "I did try to contact you, never got any response, and took time off from work to get here. Never mind." and hobbled out. Also, she had watched me hobble in with my knee brace (I have a torn meniscus in my knee), and had showed absolutely no compassion. She was extremely unprofessional. If you want to be treated with respect DON'T go to Morgan's Orthopedic. Zero Stars.
