Nicole connected with my through multiple emails before setting up a free consultation within a week time span. She was very kind, helpful and responsive. She even gave me little sample products to try at home to see how my skin would react. I got a great deal on a facial, worked it into both our schedules super easily and was very pleased with the results. My skin really cleared up for about a month, in the summer, and the product samples she provided were perfect combos for my skin. A few days later I received a notice of a bill for the Botox which was paid for at the time of the visit. I had to call back 3 times to get this resolved. Then I received an explanation of benefits from my insurance for the Annual Exam. I have an Dermatology visit every year because I have had skin cancer and it has ALWAYS been covered. This year the EOB said I owed $175. I called Blue Cross to explain it was an annual visit and they indicated the office did not bill it that way. When I called the billing department for the office they said they are a specialty office and don't bill for annual visits, they bill as office visit and because I had one area frozen they considered that a procedure. Absolutely insane, I have areas burned off at EVERY annual visit and it is all covered, it is a skin check, at a dermatologist....and I have NEVER BEEN BILLED because annual visits are covered. But they keep coming back with lame excuses that they are a specialty doctor, yeah a dermatologist, and they don't file for annual visit. Really the worst interaction I have had with an office in a very long time. I belong to the North Brunswick Newcomers Club committee with over 500 members and I can guarantee you I will be mentioning this business at our monthly meetings and it won't be to frequent this business it will be to avoid it at all cost. What a scam.

I had purchased several Groupons for different things as self-care time, and I am so glad I did. The office location is on the second floor of the building and there is just one elevator. Each time I've been, it hasn't been crowded so I've never felt unsafe or too close to any strangers. The office itself is very clean as well with hand sanitizer easily available everywhere. Before you can have any procedures, you have to sign a number of waivers and read over alot of information about each one. The staff gives you an ipad with everything on it so you're not wasting any paper and everything is emailed to you as well so you have a copy. I had a microdermabrasion first which was such an interesting procedure. I've never had one before so I was so appreciative that Sierra explained everything to me step by step. Sierra made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The products she used on my face felt great, and my face looked AMAZING afterwards! She gave me great recommendations for taking care of my skin moving forward. My next visit was for a teeth whitening. I was honestly a bit skeptical going in- there are all those products that promise beautiful teeth and have no results. I was so wrong! For this one, you are on the table with this crazy thing keeping your mouth open. There are several products that go on your teeth that actually didn't taste bad, and then you get little sunglasses to protect your eyes and sit under this extremely bright light. I should mention that I was supposed to have this done when I had my facial, but Sierra noticed a cut on my lip that would have burned like crazy had I gone ahead that day, so I came back for this one. Thank goodness for her catching that- it seriously would have buuuuuuuurned! So all is well, and my teeth look so great! I am beyond happy with my experience. I was in shock at the request, due to HIPA I am not required to share this. When I asked to speak with the owner I was meet with a horrific attitude, awful comments, and had never been spoken to by ANY place of business in my life in such a manner!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They are all smiles while they are getting your money but if you have any issues with anything it turns very dark very quickly!!!! Also Lilly Direct who makes the Zepbound weight loss shot just dropped the price to $299.00 a month for a month supply and they get mailed to your home!
