I also consulted with Sean Reynolds, the managing broker on multiple occasions trying to determine the best list price for this property. It's a tough one due to its upper end nature. WOW....WOW....WOW!!! What a Spectacular Real Estate firm to work for! The owner Sean Reynolds and staff are super responsive and extremely knowledgeable. Summit Properties NW's YouTube channel ended up being homeless tourism - An agent Sean Reynolds (or, if this company is beyond hope, the owner) drives around town and gawks at the homeless encampments, sidewalk chalk, and graffiti. He reads a message from son Kiernan Reynolds, who I assume is also a purveyor of The Poor. We all know or know of someone who was/is homeless, but apparently no one involved with Summit Properties NW has. I lived/worked on cap hill for many years and I'm very aware of the situation - aware enough to know we shouldn't be filming these people for entertainment value. Embarrassed to see that a company would lack enough common sense to treat the impoverished with respect. If you're looking to buy your dream home like me, I would recommend you choose another company that sees people as human beings. read more

Lisa Trexler is an amazing.....I hate to even use the word agent....prefer: partner. We have bought and sold two homes with her and she is truly one of the best of the best. She knows the market, got to know us and really became our partner in both ventures. Giving good counsel, backing her thoughts and guidance with facts. Never pushy--only thoughtful and inclusive. I have recommended her to several friends already and she even helped a neighbor get way more for their house than their realtor would have (!). The main thing that drew me to Summit Properties NW was their complete transparency and never charging me fees. When they say No Fees they mean zero. At other brokerages there are always hidden fees or charges that get taken out of my check at closing. Not at Summit Properties NW.
