Dr. Vaziri couldn't be better with my 4 yo twins. No breakdowns and she made sure to explain everything she was going to do to take their fears away. Her office is super cute and clean. She gave me the best cleaning I've had in awhile. Highly recommend her!!! So just took my now 6 yo to get his first cavity filled and no tears!! I am a patient of another dentist and found myself with no one to help when an old crown detached on a Friday evening. I called my dentist and learned via voicemail message that she would not open again until Tuesday. So, I left a message on her emergency line, which promised a callback, asking for the name of her covering dentist, as this couldn't wait until then. By Saturday at 1pm, I hadn't heard back. So, I called the few places I could find with Saturday hours. No one would or could see me. Then, I called Summit Smiles, which was open until 4 pm. They were fully booked, but after waiting a good 3 minutes on hold, she said to come in at 3:45. I was thrilled! They treated me like one of their own patients. I love Summit Smiles. And this from a girl who went fifteen years without visiting the dentist because of a wee bit of dental terror. Dr. Vaziri is amazing. The office coordinator is cheerful and helpful. The hygienist is always pleasant and on her game. I recently, after years of being afraid to handle it, had Dr. Vaziri finish off some work another dentist started over eight years ago (an implant--I had everything done but the actual final implant bit. Stupid, I know). She did it. They figured out how to get my insurance to cover the bulk of it, and now I have a lovely crown where once there was a tooth-size space). Dr. Mariam's work has been a godsend! My boyfriend and I sought another dentist after our previous one got a bit overzealous about recommending continuous work that seemed unnecessary and overpriced. We wanted a second opinion. We went to see Dr. Mariam upon recommendation from a friend. She is immediately personable, but professional, and knows her stuff. Her setup is state of the art, and she showed me exactly what was going on with my teeth, using a camera. Although I had been at other state of the art dental facilities before, no one had ever bothered to show me what was going on in my mouth with a camera, and explain exactly what was happening in there. I LOVE that she takes the conservative approach. When I told her the work that the other dentist wanted to do, she was surprised. Her feedback confirmed exactly what I had suspected. My boyfriend was told by our previous provider that he needed thousands of dollars worth of dental work. It turns out that is not the case. We both get to keep our dental health stellar AND save money! I like that she listens to you and hears you. She has a way of empowering her patients, which I appreciate. She has a gentle touch, which is BIG plus in our book. I have always hated cleanings, but her technique and style is smooth, thorough, gentle, and quick. My boyfriend (who does not generally enjoy dental visits) needed additional work, and he said he almost fell asleep during one of the procedures, he was so relaxed! He actually said she's the best dentist he's ever had, which says a lot. read more

A HUGE fan of Dr. Vaziri. Been coming here since my wife and I moved to Summit in June. I've had two cleaning and a FEW cavities done by her. She's very down to earth about everything, and has all the latest technology to help make your visit smooth and quick. This includes the live look into your mouth, photos in hi res, and discussions between rooms and the secretary about patients and what everyone is doing. It was EXTREMELY refreshing after realizing how antiquated my old dentist was, extremely efficient. Been going to this dentist office for sometime now and until recently was happy with the actual dental work. Unfortunately the way the office deals with its financial situations isn't good. There was a very small amount of money remaining in my balance which was due. I was waiting for a returned phone call from the office to 1. help clarify the situation and 2. finalize payment. I never received the phone call. However, I did receive a letter in the mail threatening to send me to collections for this small amount of money. I then called the office and made my payment over the phone and finished the situation with them. However, given all the work I've done with them and all the money I've already dished out- to be threatened to be sent to collections for such a small amount of money didn't sit well with me- so I decided I will no longer use this office for my dental services. Went to see Mariam for a filling, came back a week later with a lot of pain & all she told me was it's gonna take a couple weeks. Kept having crazy pain, pain that you wouldn't normally have when you get fillings & I ended up at another dentist, the first one I found at 8PM one night bc I just couldn't take it anymore & what I had was a messed up root canal from the work she did. Dr. Vaziri and her staff are excellent. I had been going to the same dentist since childhood and after 28 years and a decrease in customer service I decided to look for a new dentist. Luckily I found Summit Smiles, which was able to fit me in to their schedule for an emergent issue and my husband and I have been loyal patients of theirs ever since. I really appreciate the "family feel" and the staff members work very efficiently together. Jamie, the front desk receptionist/office manager is highly proficient at scheduling appointments and handling billing and insurance inquiries.
