Perfect evening for Beer, Wine and Artichoke Dip watching the sunset.

My wife and I stopped by for the evening and thoroughly enjoyed the Dinner, Drinks, and atmosphere. The food and service was amazing! Lindsey was our server. We couldn't ask for better service. Beer and wine was excellent. Artichoke dip was very enjoyable with beer and wine while watching the sun set! The Dip to bread ratio was perfect! Lindsey provided plenty of friendly attention, not too much. Just right! Thanks Lindsey!!! Mountain Town Station has a wonderful inside environment. Every customer seemed to enjoy the visit here. Plenty of customers yet background noise wasn't a problem. Jim the owner wasn't available to thank personally. Hopefully this review gets his attention! Thank you Jim! Your management style shows by the excellent food, drink and employees on staff! A beautiful evening! Great Location! Nice close walking trails to finish off a pleasant dining experience! Regards, Bob & Carol

This was a great place for carry out! I loved my pulled pork sandwich and the Mac and cheese was to die for. I will be looking forward to going here and getting the full experience once the restaurants reopen.

Laid back. About 2ish on a Friday afternoon. Tigers in tv, a BLT and beer. As far as I am concern a lovely place. I was able to sit at the bar, watch the brewers brew and sit and eat. The guy at the bar quite knowledgeable on his beers and flavors. The menu is small but, that is okay. The beer-tender told me, the Pickard address has more beer (where I am at) and the Broadway address has more food. That is great too. I just wanted a beer, a sandwich and to catch some of the Tigers. A win all around if you ask me.

Big fan of the Train Wreck. Never knew it was from this brewery. Limited bar menu but a pretty cool ambiance and a good selection of sandwiches and appetizers. Had about 18 beers on tap. Half of them seasonal. Highly recommend stopping in if you are in town.

The dill pickle ranch was packed with dill and had good flavor. The meals were the Pesto Chicken Salad, and not pictured the Reuben Turkey. The salad was a smaller portion than I expected, but priced appropriately at just $12 is a great deal. The Basil Pesto dressing is divine, so flavorful and the goat cheese was perfect. This salad will absolutely bring me back. The selection of craft beer, cider, mead, and wines was outstanding - we each opted for a flight and got to try 8 amazing selections. Also priced at just $12 for a flight - it was a great deal. The cherry wheat was the best cherry wheat I've ever tried, this brewery absolutely needs to begin distributing. I'd love to offer this selection at our bar. My one complaint (because I'm super picky and quite snobby about sauces) - the ranch needs to be homemade. With so many delicious dressing and sauce recipes on the menu it's a really big disappointment to have ranch that's not homemade. For me being a sauce snob - that's a deal breaker for me at any restaurant. Overall - our experience, service and vibe here was outstanding and we felt comfortable and right at home. Our server was fantastic, the ambiance inside is very chill and relaxing, and the food was great. I'll still give ya 5 stars because it was really great overall!

We ordered the Ancho Nachos with a side of beer cheese. The beer cheese was fantastic and honestly what made the nachos enjoyable. The melted cheese on the nachos themselves was pretty sparse, so having the beer cheese on the side was key. One thing I really liked was the banana peppers. They were a nice acidic surprise that added a pop of flavor in place of your traditional jalapeños. I think the dish would benefit from more tomatoes or a fresh salsa to brighten everything up. The biggest thing holding the nachos back was the chips. They were thick, grainy, old-style nacho chips that tasted a bit like cardboard. A better chip would elevate the entire dish! At $16 for a fairly modest bowl of nachos, I expected a more polished and elevated offering. The flavors are there, and the beer cheese is excellent, but the overall execution doesn't quite match the price point. Overall, I'd happily return for the cider, friendly service, and enjoyable atmosphere. A few small tweaks to the nachos could make them every bit as good as the rest of the experience.

I had intended to try pasta Alla Norcina which I noticed last visit but the told me it's on the winter menu (I think that they were on the Spring menu). I spoke with the manager and he said to come back in two weeks and they will switch to the summer menu and that it contains his favorite pasta dish. We started talking about the Pasta Alla Norcinia and I told him my relatives are from Norcia Umbria and that I've made it several times. I told him I use Italian sausage and the manager said that the chef uses actual wild boar sausage. He said the chef has amazing connections for ingredients like this. They also have a full time pastry chef on staff and all their deserts are home made. I was informed that the chocolate ganache cake has had the longest run on the menu and never seems to come off so I tried that. It was delicious There are several items on the menu that I have to try. I took a few pictures of the Spring menu and I've added them below. The gulf shrimp is on my radar and I need to try the venison burger. I just need to get past the gyro lamb burger with tzatziki. It's just so good.

Echoing the same for my 2nd visit. I travel a lot for work and finding a gem like Wood Shop Social is such a treat--it's definitely a couple cuts above the ordinary and very delish. The menu is creative and seasonal. I ordered a strawberry and crostini with burrata and even the crostini was just perfectly done which a lot of restaurants do not do well. Risotto is often screwed up in restaurants and it was perfectly perfect. Love it here.

We met up on a weekday around 5:30 and it was pretty empty so we were seated right away. The booth we sat in was comfy and spacious. The menu is pretty typical brewpub fare, with sandwiches, salads, pizzas, etc. We started with the Hunter's sticks, which are cheese stuffed breadsticks, served with ranch and marinara. These came out first and I liked that they were cut into pieces for easy sharing. The breadsticks were a bit harder than I might have preferred (I was hoping for something closer to a soft Bosco stick) but they were still tasty. The ranch was particularly delicious. For dinner I ordered the steakhouse salad, medium rare. Nate got the Cajun chicken club sandwich and our friend got a crispy chicken wrap. The sandwiches and wraps come with either chips or fries, and our server told us that there's no up charge for fries, which is nice and not that typical. This is also a brewery so Nate tried a couple of their beers and seemed to like them. They also have a full bar. The food was quite tasty! I liked the salad although it was pretty salty, probably the bleu cheese dressing. There was a generous amount of steak and it was cooked nicely. I had a couple bites of Nate's sandwich and I thought it had great flavor. Overall this is a nice neighborhood spot that I'd come back to, since their menu is pretty large and it seems like there's something for everyone.
