Cody was the first person we thought of so I sent him pictures/measurements of the furniture in the three bedrooms knowing we had living room furniture and he might have to make two trips. He said that wasn't a problem and quoted me a price. When Cody/his son got to the house on Feb 14th, we did a walk through and showed them everything. He said no problem, they could get everything out in one trip and the price would be what he had already quoted me. We also had some stuff we were donating, but since Cody donates what he can as well (doesn't like to put stuff in landfills), he took that too. That was a huge save for us. Cody was done in 2-3 hours. He had me walk through and make sure they didn't miss anything...they didn't! Again, I won't hesitate to recommend Cody. He's honest, responsive and just a really nice person! His son was a very nice young man as well...clearly runs in the family!!
