I she accused me of picking up a yellow ball. I only play white pro v. Not only did she lie she said she didn't say that when later confronted about her lies. I love the course BUT I won't deal with the disrespect of an old women who is power hungry with what little power she has on the course. I paid good money to golf and that's just what we were doing. I'm huge on etiquette and I follow golf rules strictly. That women's needs a new job she has no place on a golf course. I feel sorry for her husband and has to listen to that bs all the time. I'd rather just kick the bucket. She sing handed ruined our whole match. I'll be golfing at Elwood for a while until she's not around.

I've been a long time Y member at several branches over the years and a longtime swimmer. It's very difficult to actually get into the pool as an adult swimmer who just wants to swim some laps. I've been told it's due to staffing issues. They can't completely watch the entire big pool so if the pirate ship is open, then the lap lanes aren't open, which is super frustrating. Lap lanes should always be available for use any time any day since not everyone wants do a spin class or run on a treadmill. They've failed the adult swim community and 4 others agreed with me this morning as we sat in the luke warm steam room after we were kicked out of the pool for the 8:45a safety break. Just 45 minutes after opening swimmers are forced to stop their workouts. Not cool. They need to really address this downfall since $70/mo for one person isn't chump change.

I can appreciate that they employ high school students for food running and busing but unfortunately it hurts the overall service experience as they really haven't been well trained or managed. It's an expensive country club and golf club so the expectation of good service is higher than a normal restaurant. We've decided to not renew our membership for 2026. It is not worth the membership fee and the food spend requirements.

Everything is in a small bowl, so if your ball bounces/gets hit into the "fringe", the ball gets kicked back on to the fairway. It was a fun design, and very pretty. Seriously though, the driving range, make some signs, put out some buckets, weld metal junk together, build a robot, you need something to hit at in the giant dust bowl. The marking for red, blue, white tees and the signage, brilliant. Bright painted rocks, why doesn't everyone do that!!
