She could have asked me very politely to take less than a step to be further in the bay but she was horrible. I had shot this way for the duration of two cease fires (with the other RSO passing by me multiple times) before she screamed at me and it left a very bad taste in my mouth. My shoulders struggled to fit into the sides of the bay and hope you guys will from now on specify you don't want people shooting in the middle of the bay. The people in the office were awesome but I wont be coming back for my CCW and I hope Stephanie finds new line of work...

We live in Denver but happily make the drive down south towards Colorado Springs for his classes. They are engaging, practical, and we spend more time shooting than talking. Among the things we appreciated most was that he does not force "the one and only way to do X". Having done other training classes, Robert will show you what he recommends and why. If you find it doesn't work for you, no problem (as long as it's safe). For those looking at his course, know that you are moving, shooting, running drills. You work through scenarios and build up your skill sets from a single task to multiple tasks with heavy distractions. This is not the training where you stand in a line and fire. We did all of his classes except intro to Carbine. We even splurged for the precision Rifle and Advanced pistol classes that weren't part of our membership level. The three of us loved the classes and very much enjoyed working with Robert. I would very much suggest that anyone thinking of taking this class does so. To that end, we signed right up for that VIP program and thought it was more than worth the spend.

Robert is an excellent instructor. He's very good at focusing in on a problem and showing me how to correct it. He's very good at explaining why it's important to do it "this" way, and why it's better than doing it "that" way. In the time I've been taking classes with Robert my shooting speed and accuracy have increased. My hair has grown thicker, I've become more attractive to the opposite sex, I've received 5 promotions at work, and my Johnson has grown 10 inches. Okay. I made some of those up. But my shooting has improved significantly. An issue that Robert takes very seriously is safety. I've sat in classes where I was flagged by instructors. That's never cool. Robert harbors a super safe environment. I've never been uncomfortable in one of his classes. He starts every range session by reviewing his safety policy and emergency protocol. Robert is an excellent instructor and KTG is an excellent organization. I cannot recommend him or it enough!

Total scam. Their facility is extremely dirty. The mat…read morelooks like it's never been cleaned. The classes are pretty much just your child standing around and air punching/kicking. Some days when they actually do stuff that resembles taekwondo they have too many children to watch. They let kids choke each other out without watching or try to jump pass a long beam and twist their ankles. Most of the kids are running around not paying attention because they have no idea what to do and they're bored. Their testing for belts is a total joke. Few of the kids even know what they're doing but they get a higher belt anyway because they get more money from you, at least $65 each belt. These poor kids think they're actually doing taekwondo and get a higher belt because they jumped around spazing out and memorized a little quote from a piece of paper. They require you to continue paying for two months after you give written cancelation. Then they still charge for three months if your cancelation day is even one day past the day of the week that you pick as your payment date. Shady people! I would love to audit their books, I have no doubt scamming people is the only way they make their money. There are many other choices for alternative facilities not far from this one. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
