Got the car home and the door handle was broken by the owner that did my tint! Called and sent pictures, and the said they'd buy and replace the part with a part they purchased on eBay. In July, I called again and was told the part was sent to the wrong address and they had ordered a new one, but they told me I could buy it myself if I wanted to. It's now September, and I still haven't heard from them. I am not sure why they had to take the entire door panels off a Tesla to tint the windows. Other companies out there​ have the skill to tint without removing door panels. Be VERY cautious of bringing your vehicle here and check EVERYTHING before you leave. It's quite unprofessional to break someone's personal property, not replace it or even give back a portion of what was spent for their error. I do NOT recommend this business to anyone. ​​

He said he did not hear anything from his manager he is not answering! I came to get my tint done and I was not happy with the outcome I stated something and I was told to wait a week to see if bubbles and watermarks would go away . I told my husband upon him opening the door I noticed some black tint peeling in corner this MANAGER goes to the door says WHAT? Where? I point to it he then peels it off throws it on the ground and rolls his eyes at me . Sir I paid 460 n I had to come back and now my car is missing paint and you have an attitude. He then continues to question me but I gave my proof but pull your cameras up he then said " why I need to do that for? At this point I'm over it he is a sassy lil Man he is very rude and passive aggressive so I returned that energy. He agreed to fix my car and get bin number and correct paint. This man has not returned a single call to my husband and now I will be going to the dealer and getting it done and taking his sassy arse to small claims! I was trying to call to see what was going on but could only get the 1-800 people who had no idea either and eventually disconnected me. The people in the actual store are very nice though.

Absolutely the worst windshield store in the local Chesapeake area. On TWO different vehicles (2-3…read moremonths apart) that i unfortunately had to have windshields completely replaced, this subpar establishment completely waisted my time with 4 pointless appointments. I booked 4 different appointments (2) mobile to be done in my driveway and (2) in shop and all of them resulted in them no being able to complete the replacement because "their manager" didn't conduct the correct inventory resulting in them not having my windshield!!! I took (3) different days off from work to have this done and not even an apology was given, simply let use reschedule you... The last two appointments I even doubled checked to ensure they had my specific windshield and the manager responded "Yes sir, we book appointment with the VIN so we have your windshield on site".... Save your time and simply book at ANY other windshield shop not named Safelite because they will waste your time 100%. To top it off, when I picked up my vehicle today (June 12, 2026) they left my vehicle unlocked! Like this place can't get any less professional. Be smarter than me and go elsewhere. I used my progressive insurance which they recommend Safelite but you can pick your own windshield place so I HIGHLY recommended you avoid safelite.
