Owner was friendly and gave a fair estimate. He also explained different levels and materials of tint. The timetable to get in and move out was surprisingly quick. I would absolutely recommend this place for your car tint. I brought my car in to get window tint and they did such a great job just as they did a few years ago when I had my first car done. I called to schedule an appointment and spoke with Keith who easily booked my appointment at the time that I requested. I arrived that day and within minutes Keith quickly took my car in and got it worked on right away. Within an hour and a half, my car was pulled up front ready to go. Keith explained everything I needed to know; he explained not to open the windows for at least 3-5 days (the reminder sticker on the window tabs was a great reminder) and the lifetime warranty if it ever peels or bubbles. I would have given them five stars but I just had my AS1 strip done and had some things explained after the job was completed that might have influenced my getting it done at all... So professionalism and quality of service 3 stars communication as far as product familiarity and placement 2 stars.... they supposedly stand by their work and are available to you after the service is done so we will see how this feed back pans out. Check out section 10 direct from the state vehicle inspection page... so I was misinformed initially for the sake of being "right" amd will probably have the job redone after shopping around as I am even more disappointed with the lies. I went to have my windows tinted on my Tundra, once the windows were dry enough to roll down you could clearly see that the film was incorrectly cut. I went back to question why, with the hopes of having it corrected...I was told that, "this is how you must cut the film on all Tundra rear doors." I immediately left and had another shop take a look and was told that it was just a rush job. I will consider it an expensive lost and never do business there again. See the pic... read more

I told him I was looking to get my front windows to match the back windows. He said if I could bring it up there right then he could squeeze me in. I have had three vehicles here to get my windows tinted and on each one they did an outstanding job. On one occasion on the edge of one window there was a small bubble I noted and it was easily fixed in less that a minute. Great business, friendly rep and highly recommended. I did have a vehicle tinted at another location in Virginia Beach and there were bubbles in an area the size of a tennis ball in the rear window which they said wasn't their fault and would not correct. They stated that "There must have been some old tint residue left or there was residue from an old inside window sticker there." There was neither and even if there had been why didn't they clean the window before applying the tint??? Lesson learned. I will always return to East Coast for my windows to be tinted. read more
