Re: The shops response: The manager Randal is showing HIS true colors... using a slight of hand by changing the layout of their yelp page with an old photo not showing the current people working there (and I said "I think" re: tattoos and stand on that), or highlighting a user name as not one's legal name; speaks volumes to the cultural tactics routinely used when one is being held accountable. Not to mention I am not the only person who has reviewed re: discrimination and racism. ADDITIONALLY, which one is it? I'm not a real customer or I was only there 30mins???? I just lied and it happens to correspond with someone that actually was in your shop? Interesting that I had, from who I was told was the manager (a female), call me shortly after my review posted to ask if there was anyway I would remove it. We had a very long conversation. The staff members who have helped me (Ryan, Christina, and the owner, Randy) have been friendly, efficient, and professional. They are definitely more courteous and knowledgeable than what I've found in all of the other local shops.
