Trust. With our last oil change, the auto car company said we needed big repairs. Funny, some of the bad reviews for this company were the exact problem. Anyway, a friend told us they have used Wally for years and trusted him. We made an appointment and Wally himself test drove the car, put it on the rack, and said there were no problems. And did this for free. While i was waiting, he looked at someone else's car and said yes, there was a small problem, but not worth the money to fix it, and there was no risk. I visited this place as a referral from Easy Street Auto Sales. I was not disappointed. The team discovered a few issues with the car that I wasn't aware of. Wally not only dumbed it down for me, but he took me to the car and showed me the concerns. This place is a hidden gem! I am so thankful my wife found this place when she did! I needed my radiator replaced along with the hoses, and they did it in a decent time for an amazing price. BEST. HIGHEST RATING. THIS IS THE BEST GARAGE YOU COULD EVER DREAM EXISTED. I was taken by another car garage shop. I went to Wally's and then shopped around and went to a cheaper garage. The gangster garage intentionally failed to connect the spark wires correctly so the car would not run correctly. The gangster garage falsely stated I needed a head and charged me for the installation of a head. They did not install a head. They would not release my car without a payment of $800. I called Wally and even though I went behind his back and to another garage, HE HELPED ME. He called the garage for me. He looked at my car again after I got it back from the gangster garage.. He DID NOT CHARGE ME. He fixed the car for me ALMOST FOR FREE. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANOTHER GARAGE BUT WALLY'S. read more

They will keep "an eye" out for potential problems and list them for you to decide when to have that work done! This shop has earned my business a few times over. Not only do their prices tend to beat other shops, but their service is unbeatable. I have brought vehicles in for issues other shops/dealerships have quoted me $1,000's for, only to find their were no issues to begin with (belts, brakes, etc.)! They are fair on their labor and will continue searching for the issue if your car keeps having trouble and will not do the work and charge a huge bill later. They keep you updated and will not do anything without your consent. Jacob is a wonderful and diligent mechanic. He is honest about when to do the work and when to wait, as well as when to go aftermarket or dealer part. Wally is an amazing owner and provides AMAZING customer service. He will keep you laughing, while providing you the same honesty his mechanics offer. Karen runs the front office and does a FANTASTIC job.
