This means A LOT because the previous days leading up to talking to Payton have been quite a nightmare because the tire size on my car is unusually and many tire places weren't even able to get them. Payton did it with a smile on his face, even with the hustle and bustle of a busy day! It was brought to my attention by one of the associates and was told to talk to a Manager. I went inside and spoke with one of the managers, and during the conversation one of the other managers chimed in "why do you want locking lug nuts, no one steals tires anymore". I said that's not the point, and I'd like my vehicle back the same way it came in. I was told they were on order. I stopped by the store a few days later and was told again, they were on order and coming from CA, but they should have them shortly. That was two months ago- no call, no update, no anything.
