Leaving it on too long (over 2 mins) can damage tissues, nerves, and alter test values, causing issues like bruising, pain, nerve damage, or tissue death (ischemia/necrosis) in extreme, prolonged cases. They made the paperwork and process as easy as possible for our family and guided us through everything with compassion and understanding. The staff went above and beyond with her personal care. They would often keep her by their side at the nursing station so she wouldn't be alone and could have company throughout the day. That small gesture meant so much to our family and showed us that they genuinely cared about her as a person, not just as a patient. Their physical therapy department was also excellent. The therapy team worked closely and stayed in line with the other departments, which made her overall care feel coordinated and consistent. It can be busy, so you need to get a number and wait your turn. I went this week (11/12/2025) and it was fairly quiet, but as I was leaving many people were lining up. The people come in waves according to the workers. The phlebotomist who was there when I went was very good. I barely felt the needle poke me. Parking can be a challenge. The parking lot is small, so you may have to park on the street, but make sure you read the parking signs. Xie Xie!

The assistants at the front desk helped me fill out paperwork, so I was in and out within 10 minutes. $50 per test seemed kind of pricey - but I understand why now. They send their findings and report back within the next day, as advertised. In the emailed report there was also a break down of the sample, so I understood what percentages of material the sample contained. So it still being 12:30p I rushed over to this location and they were thankfully still there. Super fast and easy experience, friendly lady in the front who drew my labs. As long as you bring your ID and your insurance card and hand it over you're ready to go. An abundance of parking both outside @ ground level and in a lower structure as well, the entrance might be hard to see since it's kind of tucked away in the back but I posted it in one of the pics in my review. While waiting, I helped an 84-year-old woman check herself in, scan her documents, and navigate the process. I was happy to assist her, but I felt sorry that she was left to rely on the kindness of another patient rather than receiving help from Quest staff. Several other elderly and disabled patients also appeared confused and had difficulty completing the check-in process. In addition, the facility had only one working patient restroom, resulting in delays and frustration for those waiting to provide urine samples. In 2026, a healthcare company should recognize that not all patients are comfortable with or capable of navigating self-service technology without assistance. Quest Diagnostics should do better to accommodate elderly and disabled patients and ensure that support is readily available when needed. Based on this experience, I do not plan to return.
