I was sent by 416 Main Street to here since they could not draw my blood; I also went to 328 S Atlantic and nobody was there during office hour. I saw one patient's blood was too thick and had problem to draw, but the lady tried very hard to draw. I think the owner should at least add one more help. So the lady can take 15 minutes break every two hours legally, and patients can get more protection no mistakes happen because of busy. Which is not a bad thing, but it creates a waiting system especially for those without an appointment. Personally, I did not have any problem checking in or waiting to be seen. It was smooth sailing for me. But it really bothers me when our elders and those with a language barrier are treated as second class citizens when the people working there obviously also speak Spanish too, proven because I heard them speak it. Lauren was very friendly, professional, and efficient while drawing my blood. She made the whole process feel easy and effortless which was very much appreciated. I was in and out within 10 minutes! I know this won't be everyone's experience as I was lucky to get in during a slow time.
