As a result, I have suffered from sciatica for about 5 years, but it became very acute about 7 months ago, so I had acupuncture for 4 sessions which didn't do much. Then I went to physiotherapy twice a week for a month with strict instructions to do exercises a minimum of 3 times a day. That did not bring much relief, so I had traction and physio, then IMS and traction. I spent thousands of dollars and none of it brought a lot of relief. In fact the IMS made it worse. I started going to yoga which helped and met a shiatsu trainer who suggested I go to an Osteopath. After the first session with Vincent Durroux, I felt different and the following 3 days, I had little pain. It was such a different feeling, of not enduring chronic pain! After two sessions with him, I feel so much better. My pain is not completely gone, but combined with the yoga, it is manageable.

I suggested that they should put a notice on their website to tell people to call instead of emailing. Overall she was kind of rude and talked over me and I had to talk louder to get a word in. Not a good experience. I should have gotten this persons name but i was too upset. I don't recommend this place.
