I was in a temporary from Sept. to Dec. because they had staffing issues and couldn't get me in for my permanent.I was in so much pain. Dr. Panvelker said it was infected. I got a second opinion and Dr. Criser said there was no present infection and that my temporary was not shaved correctly causing my actual tooth to show. I got the gap filled by prestwood and I eventually got my permanent on which made it better but it was still sensitive. Time passed and it ended up becoming painful. They kept wanting to refer me to get a root canal. I went and got a second opinion, found out my whole tooth is split in half. The tooth has to be completely removed. A root canal is not possible. Previously when I would come in due to pain, Dr. Panvelker kept saying "I told you it had the possibility of failing." With her being the professional, I don't know why she would allow the crown to be put on if it was more than likely going to fail. $800+ down the drain not even a year later.

When I was financially able to start the denture process I called for an updated quote and made an appointment. In a medical or dental practice I would think someone who is expecting a child would arrange to have backup. Nothing was done to help me. You want good care, find another dental practice.
