The women at the Auburn location are professional, very kind, and helpful with specialty and designer garments. However, I am seriously concerned about the man who works there. I believe he's the only man who operates in the front of the store. I am writing this formal complaint because he is consistently condescending and passive-aggressive, which is in stark contrast to the other employees. This is why I feel compelled to raise this issue and escalate my complaint about the mistreatment I've experienced as a customer by this employee. On the 18th, while I was waiting at 9:00, he came out from the back, appearing annoyed that I was there, and mumbled under his breath. When he took my bag, he remarked, "You couldn't take it out of the bag?" and added, "I don't know if there is poop or urine on your clothes." I was shocked and disgusted by his tone. I want to make it clear that I would never bring clothes like that. That is not my character, and the other associates can confirm this as I am a business professional myself. When I asked him for his name and the owner's number, he refused both requests. I have never experienced poor service from anyone else there. This man behaves in a toxic and disrespectful manner and takes no ownership of his words or actions. He claims to treat everyone the same, but I have seen him speak to others neutrally. I hope your store's cameras and audio captured the incident because I want this behavior addressed to prevent harm to your business. I would appreciate a phone call if you would like to discuss this further. To resolve this, I request a formal written apology from this employee, a commitment that he will receive customer service retraining, and that you inform me in writing of any corrective actions taken. Additionally, please outline the steps the company will take to ensure respectful treatment of customers from now on and keep me updated on your progress. Until these actions are taken and I receive confirmation, I will not return to Dooley's.

When they began to bring back our clothes, a LOT of items were badly stained and damaged. One expensive coat not only had several new stains but looked like a dog attacked it... giant rip. A brand new cashmere sweater, never worn, was torn and newly discolored. When we finally got back what they said was everything, we began to notice items missing. Many of them were expensive. Many hadn't been worn and still had tags. Sals was unresponsive for many weeks. They never provided an inventory, only got that provided by our insurer who sent us their invoice. Many items on that invoice were not returned! We lost $10k plus of our belongings not even counting the dozens of items damaged and severely stained. Horrible! Don't ever do business with this unscrupulous company!!!

No complaints, no ugly comments, just "Real Customer Service ". We were so grateful ! I wish that there were more stars to give. I will forever be grateful to Sal's. Their prices seem to be very typical retail price (you can probably find a better deal online) but if you like the personal touch of demoing the machine and knowing you can get it serviced where you buy it, then this would be the place for you. They have sewing machines, sergers and embroidery machines and they do cleaning and repair of machines as well. I asked about the prices and while they vary from machine to machine (and repairs required) the prices weren't astronomical. They're open on weekends for a few hours in the afternoon (Closed Sundays in the summer I believe) so be sure to call first and check their hours.

I have gone to three embroidery club meetings and all the material was supplied, the design(s) and all precutting done for me. The cost averages out to $9.83 a class. (It varies depending on the supplies she has to buy.) There are at least two employees available during the whole session to help with questions/problems. We all have a fantastic time. I purchased a high-end sewing/embroidery machine from Chris and could not be more pleased with the price and her integrity. After sale support is phenomenal. Having purchased three other machines elsewhere I feel I can honestly say phenomenal and it's not hyperbole. Stop in; you won't be disappointed.
