I experienced a miracle! I had a pair of WWII Navy pants altered many years( and pounds) ago in Chicago where my husband and I are transplants from. These pants fit me like a glove and were ridiculously beautiful--------13 buttons in the front, lace-up in the back.......talk about fabulous! Well 15 years and 25 pounds later, they didn't fit anymore! Imagine that! Wanting another pair for a special event, I searched high and low and finally found them, but they, too, would have to be altered. I took the old altered pair and the new unaltered pair to Tailor Pros and explained that I wanted the new pair altered EXACTLY like the old pair, only larger. The owner, Jasmyne (I believe), glanced at both pairs and told me she could re-alter the first WAY TOO SMALL PAIR. Ummmm, yeah right! I patiently explained that there was absolutely no way to make them fit. Those Doritos and Snickers Bars had finally caught up to me! I shoved the new un-altered pair of pants at her. Still she insisted she could make the 15-year-old pair fit. So not wanting to insult her, I put on the old altered pair for her to see the damage. It was pretty bad. "I can do it." she stated simply. Once again: Yeah Right! Not wanting to argue with her, I left the 15-year-old, altered pair with her and asked her to re-alter them as quickly as possible ( so that once she discovered those pants could never, ever fit me again, she would have time to alter the new pair in time for my event!) Well------you guessed it! She somehow got the old pair of WWII Navy pants to fit LIKE A GLOVE!!! Take that, Snickers Bar! Who's laughing now? My pants were the talk of the party! Jasmyne is absolutely phenomenal! I am so happy a friend recommended me to go to her. She is beyond professional and gives you her opinion as to how something typically should be done. She truly cares about her clients, and helping them look their best. I could not have been happier with the customer service I received, along with my mother, sister, AND 16 month old niece. Even though we were a Whirlwind every time we went, we were always welcomed and treated like her only clients. And even requesting different straps or a change in the cups of the dress, she was ALWAYS accommodating and happy to do whatever it took to make us feel good. She did alterations for a VERY detailed, beaded and lace wedding dress and I couldn't be happier with the results. What she was able to do with my dress was incredible, and something only a person with talent and years of experience would be able to do. A GREAT group to work with for your wedding dress alterations! They were so flexible, knowledgeable, and made the experience fun. They thoroughly checked everything to make sure that my dress was perfect. She was also able to create an under-bustle, which I loved and the employees at my venue said they had never seen before. It made my dress look exactly the same, just shorter for dancing. My friend came with me on my last fitting so that she could practice doing the bustle, and the woman was so patient and helpful. I had a great experience each time I went, even though outside factors affecting it were going wrong (crazy weather, the boutique not being open when I went to pick up my dress for the first fitting), but they were flexible and understanding at the tailor. At the very beginning of the Pandemic and concerns about shortage in PPE masks, I contacted Jasmyne at Tailor Pros and heard that she was forming a group to sew masks for our community. She was quickly responsive and set up volunteers to work in their homes and also put together kits for anyone needing help to create masks at home. I love Tailor Pro's. This is my favorite stop when running errands. The ladies there, are not only experts at what they do,but also make you feel so comfortable trying things on. I now have the confidence to go shopping without feeling stressed about having things altered. The owner Jasmine is funny, warm and very welcoming. Im a professional seamstress and I refer to tailor pro when I can't accommodate a client. Their reputation is superior and the feedback is always above reproach. Don't complain about the price. go else where or better yet go to the shop where you bought the dress and find out how "expensive" tailor pro is. what a joke. the fact that you paid only 80$ for a dress is beside the point. it's useless to you if it doesnt fit. or. you could always do it yourself. read more

I can't say enough about this wonderful place I discovered! I made a bad mistake and accidentally washed a pen inside of my husband's work sweatshirt. It had two pockets and I only checked one!
